I had the pleasure of meeting a young lady named Tiara NOT sure if that is how you spell her name but I would like to say she was very friendly and helpful also very polite she made my drop off and shipping equipment very easy .

In general I've had very good experiences with dropping a package in the UPS store. I have never had any issue having packages delivered to where they need to go, and on the most part, outside of a couple of instances where I caught a staff member having a bad day, I've had pleasant customer service interactions with them.
