  Assuming Jenny is some sort of manager that treats the employees terrible. I've been the store five or six times to return to amazon stuff when I'm in Indy and two of the times she's been there just a total B to the employees. Not yelling just mean. The other gals/guys are normally helpful. I walked out and forgot my receipt. The older guy had it waiting there for me when I came back. They look stressed when she's there.

  I do Amazon returns here. So far it has been quick and easy every time.

  I had 4 returns to Amazon. I had to keep looking in my phone for their return codes. A young lady was very patient and helpful she kept saying your fine mam. What a nice young lady. Shes a great asset. I would come here again. Good experience.

  Racist people here, live around the corner but drove to speedway location and everyone was nice and friendly. Thanks. Been trying to email but wrong email.

  The lady charged me 99.00 to overnight a package to MS and didn't send it out till the next day, she said it was because of the weather, but none of the other stores in the area had no pick up. Don't go here if you have any choice.

  This is by far the worst UPS in the area! I live less then 5 minutes from the store yet I drive to the Greenwood store for my UPS needs! The Southport branch employees are RUDE & the store is always messy! CUSTOMER SERVICE is everything people & this store is an epic FAIL!

  Employees are rude with a capital B. They don't greet you say thank you or have a nice day.
  They wont even tell you that your package is good to go.
  Seriously ladies work on your people skills because there's other ups stores in area and there's other options.

  I was told, “if you want to see it taped, go home and tape it yourself”. I had an Amazon bag to return, needed a piece of tape to go across the top to close and secure it. She said, “we will do it later, we are busy”. We all looked behind us and not one person waiting, this was after a gentleman brought a huge box in and we waited 15 min. for this box to be customized. She definitely had a bad day and I guess I looked like the one to take it out on.
  
  To the owner response: the line was already cleared. She went to the back and never came back out, that’s how busy it was. The time she took to tell me off, she could have already given me the tape and avoided a one star review. Very sad as an owner to say it’s ok for this behavior and leave packages unsecured. If your employees do their best, why do you have a 2.9 rating?
