I used to have really great experiences at this location until an employee stole an item i shipped. If you're shipping anything from this location I suggest you have it already boxed up so that they don't know what you're sending. The managers did try to help check the cameras and couldn't find proof but my label was changed and the phone I shipped was a company issued phone that was traced by our IT department and the last location it pinged before it was stolen was inside store.
The person I shipped the phone to received an empty box.
No one would have known there was any value of the item except for the store employees who watched me package the item.

Store 2812 Joseph was who assisted me. I had a return but did not have a box so Joseph help me bag my item up and take pieces apart, which was a job in itself I legit would not have been able to do it without him. We were outside in the heat. He did not have to help me at all, and if it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have even returned the item due to the fact it was so hard to package back up. If I would’ve been able to him, I would’ve given him $100 for his help. Best customer service I’ve ever had and needs recognition for what he did for me today! 10 out of 10

Supposedly, the "old employees" were fired for "not following policy". Well, that's unfortunate, because the old employees provided excellent customer service. The new employees follow company policy of nickle-and-diming you while making you do all the work yourself. What happened to "Pack and Ship"? Their shipping rates are also ridiculous. Just go to the post office. They'll make you pack it all yourself too, but you won't have to pay an arm and a leg for it.

The associates at this store are great! I stopped to do an Amazon return on Tuesday. The place was packed. I’ve never experienced a line 5-6 deep at the store. Just 1 Clerk that attended to everyone with calmness and professionalism. Much appreciated, she turned a potentially bad situation into a win.
