Great service, the people there were very friendly and helpful and I had a great time talking. I felt very comfortable and they were super willing to help me and answer any questions I had. From the moment I walked in to when I left they helped me and were very nice. Very comfortable clothes, will definitely be coming back to buy more from here!!!!

The staff are a little rude. The clothes are awesome but order online instead of going in. They act like you're bothering them.We've been in twice and it happened both time. Great company, just not the best location to shop in my opinion.

Terrible customer service at Keystone at the Crossing. Very uneducated on the products and courtesy. You will be better off ordering online and calling 800# if needed. Yikes!! Yes, I was a returning customer, but no need to go into the physical store in Indpls.

I went into the store ready to purchase, I knew what size the person I was buying for was and had the shirt picked out, I walked around aimlessly as no one offered help. There is no clear checkout area so it's hard to know where to go to pay without assistance. after a stare down with an employee, I asked her if she worked there because I assumed if she did , she would have already offered her help considering we had been looking into each other's eyes for about two minutes. She didn't speak but mumbled at me saying they didn't have the size, I clarified that I had the size I needed in my hands. Another employee made a comment about the shirt I chose and I wish he would have chimed in more and took over the sale because I believe he saw how uncomfortable and uneasy I was. As a person who loves to spend money and go to the mall more than anything else it means a lot for me to say I was any type of uncomfortable during a shopping experience...
