What a great overall experience! Nathan was awesome and personable, not high pressure at all. Also, their model of having one person helping us through the whole process is very nice and helps with the overall customer experience. Everyone we had interactions with was great. It didn’t feel like a typical car buying experience which was nice. Highly recommended.

I responded to an advertisement for a vehicle at this dealership. It was advertised at one price but after digitally signing the contract it was $1195 dollars more than advertised. When I asked them to correct it they refused. This is typical bait and switch behavior. I called the next day and spoke to the finance manager Steven and asked, if I could cancel my contract and return the vehicle because I wasn’t aware of the added cost. He said, If I brought the vehicle back to the dealership he would have it towed off their property. He was abrasive and didn’t make any effort to resolve my issue. He also, claimed it was for added equipment but I was initially told it was for dealership fees. I also, realized later the added equipment was for a LoJack device they install on your vehicle. They also, keep one of your key fob’s and pass the cost on to their customers. This is against the law in some states and violates Indiana Code. IC 24-5-0.5-3 Sec. 3. (a). Addendum: The owner reached out to me and did what was within reason to correct this issue.

The Elwood dealership told me they'd find a good vehicle within my budget and they did. The quality of my Infiniti JX35 and price seemed so good I was suspicious at first, but it's been two months and I have not found a single problem. Toby Johnson worked with me on the price to get everything within my cash limit and searching online has convinced me that I really did get a very good price.
I definitely recommend them. I never felt pressured or manipulated - it was just straight ahead "Here's what I want", "Ok, here's what we've got and what we can do." Not at all like the other dealerships I'd been to.

I’m the transport carrier I moved the vehicle from Indiana to Texas They unlimited motors Fisher hired the broker to ship the vehicle to them. Customer and I moved the vehicle to Texas and the broker whatever they hire it was a scammer, and I called to the unlimited Fisher to help me to get my pay for the delivery destination, and they never give me help, I think they are all working together with the scammers

The bald salesman was great to greet us when walking in. Mike was quick to get the vehicle we wanted and they both worked in an extremely timely manner.
