I just bought my new car with them. I do recommend them they work with you to get you approved no matter what, the owner help me all time try several options and gave me a great deal at the end. I can give them 10 starts if that was possible!

We just recently bought a Honda CRV from Universal motors. I have bought many cars in the past, new and used and I have to say this was the most seamless experience of them all. From start to finish we were given all the necessary information. The price was way more competitive than any other dealer selling the same model/mileage. The paperwork was done quickly and all information was given clearly making it a breeze for us. Thank you Sam for taking great care of us. Last fall our daughter hit a deer, both her and the deer were fine, but the car was not. So, we wanted to find a similar Honda Civic. We found one at Universal Motors in Indianapolis and drove over from Illinois for a test drive. Being form out-of-state, there was a little uncertainty, but Sam was easy to work with and the transaction was fair and quick. Six months later, the car is still running well.

Highly recommended used car dealership.Sam provided me with best financing options and were able to accommodate on affordable monthly payments. They found me this beautiful 2013 Honda CRV within couple days in my budget. Will recommend everybody to Sam at Universal Motors.
