We had to relocate from our storage facility due to flooding, we were referred to Janette. Unfortunately, she did not have any unites available as soon as we needed one (days notice). Janette referred us to another facility, got them on the phone, accommodated us way beyond what she needed to do. I'm disappointed we won't be able to be one of her customers! Thank you UStore.

Janette and Robert will make you feel at home at this facility. They are service oriented people and I could tell that from my first interaction with them. I've used other storage facilities in the past and management has been spotty and hard to get ahold of. Janette has been responsive and kind each time we have talked.

Our storage place has a good person in management. That means alot. I believe she takes care of the place and keeps it a nice comfortable place to go. I don't fear anything happening to our belongings and feel secure being there.

Sadly, I won't be recommending this storage facility to any more people. I really liked it when I got my first unit many years ago. I've been using this place for over 20 years. I've brought many people to them. I liked the 24 hour access and the electricity in my unit at night. I also like the dumpster that could be used if I needed to clean out some things in my storage. In the last 5 to 6 years they've taken away electricity to all units and the monthly cost goes up every year and the dumpster is locked. The cost isn't worth it anymore. I'm currently looking for other storage options.

The customer service at this location is unbelievable. Friendly, fast, and accommodating. The couple running this location made our first time here wonderful! They even have the cutest dog keeping them company. Would highly recommend using this company and location.

Jeanette and Laura were so kind and helpful this afternoon. Rates are very reasonable and each unit has individual alarms. 24 hour access and manager lives on site. Needing a unit fairly soon so Jeanette said she would be able to reserve one in the next week or two. Solves a big problem for us. I also like the fact that they support local businesses by displaying business cards and recommending services. Nice place and low rates!

I've had a unit here for going on two years and have had nothing but good experiences. The units are clean, the is lot well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful.Once after a visit I accidentally left my unit unlocked -- I left the lock on the ground in front of it. They noticed, called to notify me, and put the lock back on. Everything was as it should be when I came back. I've never seen anyone or anything that made me wonder if the area was secure.When I originally got the unit I was offered choices for both size and location within the facility. At no point did I feel pressured to get more space than I needed. In fact, they went out of their way to ensure I got the best deal possible. I've been using autopay and it runs like clockwork.

The person who runs the facility that I go to does an amazing job!!! She makes sure that you understand everything. She is a very polite, kind and caring person and I feel safe knowing that my belongings are in the storage facility!!! Highly recommend!!!

I have used U-Stor Self Storage for many years and have been very satisfied. Everyday I have a 45 minute drive to my employment location and U-Stor is along my route to work. I am an art teacher and artist. I use my storage unit to hold seasonal supplies for my classroom. The convenience to being able to stop on my way to and from work is great. I am sorry to say I am planning for my retirement and will be giving up my storage unit and disposing of much of what is in my unit. What is left will be relocated to a storage unit near my home. I am sorry to say it will not be U-Stor as there are none near my home. However, I hightly recommend U-Stor. They have been wonderful to work with throughout the years.
