First time going to the new location & it was really great . The young lady I asked for help picked out everything I needed & was so helpful . And The cashier sure was another young lady that was helpful . I was very pleased with the shopping visit because first I don't care for shopping & the confusion that tends to go with it . So I am very pleased with my choice of going there . Thank You Tractor SupplySincerelyRana Scott

Waited well over 15 minutes to try and buy a tank of Acetylene. Finally left because the kid trying to help me couldn’t do it and couldn’t find anyone else to help.

Nice store in an unexpected location. Wide range of items you may need for your repair or DIY project. They carry pet food and care, livestock feed, work boots, Trailer Supplies, lawn & garden tools, mowers, trailers, plants, workwear, and so much more. The staff is friendly and helpful when it is needed.

I went to this Tractor Supply to buy a specific chainsaw because their website said they had them in stock. They didn't. I'm OK with that. Had it been critical I would have called first. But, and this is the meaningful part, I asked one of the employees (Chris) if they had any and gave him the model #. He checked the inventory on his device, then he walked to the back and double-checked. Still none. I asked about other stores, and he went to the phone and called some other stores and found one across town. Not only did they have 1 left, he had them hold it at the register while I drove over to get it.There are so few places with employees that will make the extra effort to help customers like this without making you feel like you're twisting their arm. So much so, I thought it was worth adding a review, even if I didn't buy anything from this particular store. Thanks Chris.

I can't stand places where people are working. And they're looking down on their phone instead of looking up to see if their customer needs help.

I will start by saying this has nothing to do with the store or any Tractor Supply employee. I have shopped at this store long before it moved to its new location and have always had great experiences. This is about the PetVet clinic and my horrific experience today. I have taken my dog to the vet inside tractor supply for many year. Until today I have never had an experience like this nor should anyone else. My 9 year old dog has grown to be petrified by fireworks and thunder storms. Last year at her annual vet visit (which is always the end of June or early July), while talking to vet I explained when the fireworks or thunder occur my dog is petrified. She begins panting profusely and tries to hide under anything she can. This includes you and your pillows in the middle of the night. She will not calm down until well after it has ended. Many of nights I have stayed up all night with her in an attempt to comfort and relax her. The Vet then prescribed her Trazodone to help relax her when these stressful events occur.Today I go in for her yearly exam and shots. I also ask for a refill on the Trazadone as she was down to her last pill. (29 pills taken over a year span, the prescription is for 2 pills as needed). She is not given the medicine unless it’s absolutely necessary. The vet today was not the same as a year ago, Dr. Justin Busick doesn’t ask any questions about what occurs or when it happens. As the vet techs are doing the physical he states she seems calm and I don’t see any need for her to be given trazodone. At which point I explain what happens when thunder or fireworks go off. Dr. Busick then proceeds to tell me that this medicine is only a temporary fix and she needs to go see a behavioral therapist to solve her issues. Keep in mind she is a 9 year old dog and July 4th is 10 days away. I expressed my desire for this “temporary fix” as I don’t want to watch my dog suffer if it can be helped. At this point Dr. Busick says and I quote “ I’m sorry I care more about your dogs health than you do”.This comment made my skin crawl. No responsible pet owner should ever have a vet say this to them, especially when they are trying to help their dog out. My fiancé and I do not have kids and our three dogs are our babies. My dog was given several compliments by fellow customers while waiting in line about how well behaved, sweet and precious she was. For a professional and I use that term very loosely in referring Dr. Busick to tell me he cares more about my dogs health than I do is absolutely ludicrous. As a Vet he should want to educate me on other treatments, or the side effects of the medication that was prescribed by his coworker.I warn anyone who is or has thought about taking their animals to PetVet. Do not do it if Dr. Justin Busick there.

The store manager Susan is probably the definition of a Two-Face. She’s happy with you as long as you get her tractor supply credit cards and buy stuff. Other than that she’s always rude to her staff, power trips every time you correct her, and is overall the reason I will not be going back to this store. I’ve also seen her rudely stare at other customers, it’s like watching a mad dingo look at a wounded prey. B********

I had a #4 oxygen tank exchanged at the tsc in Wanamaker yesterday “1/28/23 and it was empty, I returned it today 1/29/23 and they gave me another tank no problem, they were nice about it, got that tank home and it’s empty also.I don’t know what’s going on with the company thoroughbred but that’s two empty tanks in a row and 160 miles in trips for nothing.I own 3 tank through tsc an oxygen, acetylene and a 75 25 mix welding tank. I live in Whitestown Indiana. It’s about an 80 mile round-trip for me. The only reason I choose that one is because it’s close to my work. I can’t make it back out there for a few days. So it’s been kind of unfortunate, thinking about going somewhere else.

Went here for medication for the dog, items were well stocked and easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not too busy and was in and out quickly.
