Well lit, clean, organized and inviting. They have an amazing selection. However, they put products on their shelves that "doesn't show up in the system" when you check out. In that case, you're totally out of luck. The manager is unable to solve the issue nor do they explain and/or apologize. Worse yet, they proceed to put the product they didn't sell to you BACK ON THE SHELF. Guess it is back to the age old rule of business: Buyer beware.

I *LOVE* Total Wine! Literally the only liquor store I frequent. I have found so many new wines, beers and spirits I enjoy due to the variety and *FREE SAMPLES*!!

I saw my first Total Wine in Tucson many years ago and have since discontinued alcohol consumption due to the medications I have to take. So today, Black Friday, I was shopping for gifts. Yesterday, my family reminded me of the Avon and Greenwood locations and how all their friends remark at how low the prices are here. It didn't seem that crowded to me but it was festive including three women with Christmas hats and a grocery cart full of gifts. There was a station offering free wine samples that had a few folks checking them out.As soon as you enter, turn to the right and browse the locked floor to ceiling display racks. You'll see bottles of wine priced all the way up to $1500. Back in the day, I use to be quite the connoisseur of wine having studied the labels and vineyards in Europe and California. But there were so many labels I didn't recognize here it only shows how the industry has grown.It didn't take me long to find what I was looking for, a set of one red and one white wine in a gift box for only $25. But I continued to shop every aisle, even the huge selection of beer and ale. I did find a very fine wood gift box for wine lined with red velvet inside for only $19. It had room for an accessory or two like a corkscrew. They came in dark wood for reds I presume and a pine color box for the whites I guess. I almost went that route and may go down that road next year if this year's gift is a success. I can check my Wine Atlas for an upgraded label.They do have large multi-occupancy restrooms in the back that were clean and stocked. All of their check out lanes were open with cashiers. A man checked me out immediately with no waiting. The other lines were short. Parking was a non issue in the huge shopping center shared lot.

This place is amazing, it is so big inside and there’s pretty much any wine or liquor you could think of. The facility is so clean and well organized. There are even sampling stations where you can try new wines and liquors. There is a large international selection. The employees are very friendly and knowledgable. There is also a blast quick beverage chiller to chill your room temp bottles. They have bags of ice and mixers available. It’s a fun time to go in there and find something new!

This is a Beer Shot. Original Licor 43 with heavy whipping cream. Delicious. Go get it at Total Wines. Try the chocolate also!

Visited for the first time. The store is clean and well organized. The wine and whiskey we purchased were cheaper than anywhere else we've been. They even have a rewards program. Staff was very friendly.

Not really a drinker, but this place is drinkers heaven!!! So much to choose from wow!! The one lady that helped me was amazing, she really helped me understand what I was buying and helped me out big time!! I purchased some tequila.

I used to be an avid total wine and more shopper , but about a month ago, I asked if they could special order in a case of wine for me.The employee filled out this form and said I’d hear back. I never heard back.I went in to follow up and the employee that helped me this last time said his friend worked in a local wine shop and that I should call them. Because there wasn’t much hope for special items here.He was right! I called his friend and she had my case in her wine shop in 4 days!

After a Saturday lunch with the travel club ladies--it's wine time! Actually, I have been on a search for a certain cognac that difficult to find in Indianapolis. This store has everything an Oenophilia could desire. AND, luckily for me, there's a wide selection of cognac in Aisle 10-but no clear Remy V (which is technically not a cognac, although marketed by Remy). That another story!The store was very busy and it was difficult to find someone to answer questions.

I had a good experience at Total Wine & more. The store is huge, and thousands of wine, beer and spirits selections. The store also has accessories, cigars, a tasting station. I was impressed by the variety and quality of the products, as well as the low prices and promotions. I found some rare and exclusive wines that I had been looking for, as well as some local and craft beers that I wanted to try. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and gave me some great recommendations and tips. The store was clean and organized, with a modern design. The only downside was that the store was very crowded and busy, and there was a long line at the checkout. I had to wait for a while to pay for my purchases.I would go back to Total Wine & More in Greenwood again, but maybe not during peak hour

This is by far my favorite liquor store. Although it is so much more than that! I love the variety of different drink choices. I love the "tastings". The staff is super friendly and helpful!! We have fun looking at all the different wine options and the prices are lower than other liquor stores. I will shop here for all my alcoholic beverages!

Great store. Spoke with a gentleman that was very helpful and explained different bourbon to us. Was really great, very knowledgeable. Great staff Great selections. Found what we were looking for and purchased it. All staff very helpful, they have pretty much what you may need. We will shop again one day.

Large selection of Rye Whiskeys. They carried several selections from Indiana’s Hard Truth Distillery including their Sweet Mash Rye Whiskey.Tasted “Total Wine & More’s” line of bourbon, First Call.Multiple aisles of Indiana Craft beers and singles.
