Customer service has been the absolute worst. This was our first time purchasing a Porsche and we will not be doing so again. Here, you expect top notch service, but you can't even get a phone call.- We were waiting for a car to come in and get a text message that it had. We both replied to the text and called the number on the card the sales rep, Paul, had given us. No response. After 2 days, we call the main line. Turns out this was an automated message. Paul was on vacation and apparently not responding to texts or voicemails. 1) this is Porsche, they shouldn't be relying on automated follow-up. 2) If you're not going to answer your phone on vacation, then don't send messages, let your customers know, and give the info to someone else to follow-up.- After purchase, we were supposed to get a ceramic coating on the car that they would call and schedule. 2 weeks go by and no call. I then had to follow-up 3 times over the next two weeks because every time I called, I was promised I'd get a call back for someone to schedule, but they never did. Finally, I had to refuse to hang up the phone until I spoke with someone about getting the service scheduled.- They also owe me a key. They had lost the second key and said they would order me a replacement. 3 months later and still no key. I've called 4 times. Every time, I've been told that my rep Paul AND the manager, Ross, would call me back shortly. On our last call, I pointed out that they had promised this numerous times and never followed up. I was assured I'd receive a call back that day. It's been over a week since that call and I'm still waiting.I can get better service at a McDonald's than I've received from Porsche. Go somewhere else.

Paul is excellent to work with. I am very happy with my experience at Tom Wood Porsche thus far. They told me 18-24 months for my car, and 6 months later I am taking delivery. Talk about under promise and over deliver. Also, I was out of town when my car showed up and they had no problem storing it IN THE SHOWROOM for three weeks to make sure it stayed pristine. Everything has been extremely painless and transparent. People wouldn't hate dealerships so much if every dealer was like this one.

I was made aware of 3 simple issues related to my 992 and scheduled service at Tom Wood Porsche. Appointments were readily available. I dropped my car the evening before. Good communication after issues addressed. Figuring out after hours pick up required 3 calls on my part to make sure the car was available when I would arrive. No problems with the service itself…it just seems the pickup logistics tend to be my issue.

I enjoyed my recent service at Tom Wood Porsche. In particular, Dakoda and Joe in the service department were helpful and professional. They kept me apprised about service being done, costs and time. I didn’t realize my brakes needed service, but they were quick to call me once the problem was discovered.I expect high quality service that matches my passion for driving a Porsche. Tom Wood Porsche is the only place I’ll take my car for service.

We had a wonderful experience at Tom Wood Porsche because of our salesman Jeff Wold. We ordered a Porsche in May of 2023. Jeff said it would take approximately five-six months to build. He was spot on and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jeff, not only for his knowledge in the auto field, but also for his kindness, flexibility and prompt responses to any questions we had throughout this process. Thank you Tom Wood Porshe for hiring such a quality young man!

I had been a TW customer for more than a decade but no more. I took my Porsche in to have a fault code diagnosed. I was told that a control module was defective and given an estimate total of $1813.13 not including their apparently standard $40.00 shop supplies charge. I ordered the part at a price of $1007.25 and made an appointment to have it installed with labor estimated at a little over $800.00. To summarize what happened next, I researched the part online, price $558.56 with a list price of $691.60. I had TW parts department make the price adjustment saving me $480.10 on the part, then I picked up my control unit and took it to Porsche of the Village in Cincinnati and had it installed for a total labor charge of $350.98. Saving me over an additional $450.00. This should be against the law and represents what a dishonest dealership looks like.

For the last few years I have taken my Porsche to Tom Wood for regular maintenance and service. The staff is always personable, provide impeccable service without pressure to up-sale maintenance services. You get what you need and its delivered right the first time. Shane Myers in the parts department is HANDS DOWN my go-to! He never misses a phone call, always replies to emails and is respectful, courteous and professional every time I speak with him. If I'm not sure what part I'm looking for, he is quick to send a diagram for me to review and find the exact part I need! I cannot praise him enough and will continue to use him as my go-to for ALL Porsche parts needs!!!

I stepped onto the dealerships property dressed in my dirty work clothes because I own a franchise where it is necessary to get dirty day to day. Emery the sales representative did not hesitate to treat me with dignity and no judgment as I stepped out of my dirty F150 pick up truck.My wife and I were in the market to purchase a vehicle off of their dealership. Emery did not know that at the time but he treated me like I was a human interested not knowing the outcome of our interaction.Long story short, we purchased the vehicle because of Emery and his dedication and perseverance to overcome small obstacles while maintaining his positive outlook. Hands down Emery is what gained our business because he was willing to stand behind his word and the brand of Porsche.

Salesperson Paul and Service Advisor John were both wonderful! John helped expedite a time-sensitive service need. Paul was great answering questions and providing information about vehicles for sale. Both were friendly, professional, and customer-focused. I really appreciated the help that both provided.

The experience I had at Porsche Indianapolis was extremely rewarding! The manager(Ross) found the car I was looking for at an affordable price. The salesman(Jeff) was extremely knowledgeable about the car that I purchased and made my entire experience that much more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Jeff & Ross!!

Tom Wood and team always take great care of me. John Castle is a trusted and reliable asset and advises me when it comes to my service. No question or request is ever too small. Took my 911 in for service today, the best experience! Everyone was extremely personable and all very much have a passion for automobiles. Dave, John, Barry, Tyler and Tom are top notch humans. Looking forward to my next visit
