I’ve had great experiences with Tom Wood Lexus. Their service staff is always great to work with. Recently, I made the mistake of showing up to a scheduled service on the wrong day. The service consultant I worked with, Shanan Willis, was very helpful and understanding and was able to fit me in so I didn’t have to make multiple trips. I highly recommend working with Tom Wood Lexus.

They took two hours for a routine 5k mile service and oil change. I had an appointment for this but they didn’t start on my car until around 1.5 hr afterwords, all the while I’m sitting in the lobby. I understand things can get busy, but why make an appointment if this is the norm? If I use them again I’ll probably just find a way to leave my car next time.

I had to delete my first 5 star review and put in a new one. Long story short, Adam Scheblo did not give me the service that I deserved or expected back on October 15th. I had to take my vehicle back today due to vibration and other concerns. I met with Travis Keller and got the service I expected. Adam did not give me an Automobile Status Report on my initial visit. He certainly didn't tell me about needing new tires, brake pads, etc, that Travis alerted me of today. I missed out on the tire special that was available back in October. Adam didn't even think enough of me to ask for my address and other contact information for future service. He gave me a Lexus receipt missing my contact information, which was a red flag. How would Tom Wood contact me for future services if they don't have my contact information?? I will be back for the services that Travis informed me of because I pride myself on keeping maintenance up to date on my vehicle. Travis even gave me the service report that I should have received from Adam back on 10/15/23. The money I paid the first visit was a waste. I'm grateful that this time I met a service representative who cares about all customers and not a select few. Thank you, Travis, for providing the level of service and maintenance recommendations that I deserve.

I have been shopping for a small luxury SUV. I went to an Acura dealer, immediately recognized, got questions answered and test drove within 30 minutes. I went to a Lincoln dealer and received even faster results. I came here, the receptionist was great, greeted me and then asked a sales rep if he was busy. He said he could help. He never looked up or recognized I was there. He sat there staring at a computer. I walked around the show room for ten minutes and decided to go to the restroom. When I came back he was not at the desk. I walked out. They obviously don't need my business. One good thing. I live in Columbus and it is the same distance to Louisville and Cincinnati. I called the dealer after I got home to tell the manager of my experience. I waited on hold for 10 more minutes and was told everyone was too busy to answer my call, thus confirming they don't need me.

Work is very good. My appointment time was of no value. I was given a time of 1pm and I was there at exactly that time. Nothing was started until one hour later. The papers were given to me at 1:57 pm to give them permission to do the work. They knew that I was waiting at the dealership for my car. It was only for oil change

I guess you get zero stars when you give zero effort or customer service. Our experience was short, but not sweet. Also, right on par with one of the last reviews. We drove in, in a Lexus. Looking to see what we could get for a trade in. Physically got out of the the vehicle. Someone asked if we brought BBQ (TN plates), then proceeded to walk away. We walked the lot looking for new options for 15 minutes. Made eye contact with numerous people, but not a single salesperson came to assist. Given we could have also asked, but you go to a dealership to shop and you need a car salesperson to sell you what you're shopping for. It's not like we could have made a purchase on our own. Hmm very strange.

Went in for routine 50,000 maintenance. From the time I arrived until the time I left, every employee was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. This dealership is very customer-friendly. All Lexus dealerships should use this one as a model to strive to!

Working with Derrick to get a new car was great! He was relatable and never pushed me to feel uncomfortable. Personnel was consistently courteous and professional. Overall, good service.

We spotted it in the front line of used cars at Tom Wood Lexus…my little dream car (Fiat coupe, see pics) among all the larger ones. Elizabeth took wonderful care of us buying it. She made everything easy and pleasant. A big thank you and a high recommendation for Elizabeth and the Tom Wood dealership.

This was my first experience with Lexus and I was very happy from beginning to end! From the time I walked in the door through leaving in my new vehicle I was treated with exceptional Customer Service! Elizabeth handled all my questions, arranging the test drive and financing at the same time juggling multiple customers and she did it with ease, professionalism and most importantly an appreciation for my time! Mike/Finance came out to introduce himself and chat which was refreshing in itself and big shout out to Steve for helping with the technology and getting my phone and apps set up! You were all amazing and I appreciate you! Thank you All at Tom Wood!

I purchased a vehicle from Michael Wood last year. He guided me through the financing with ease. We discussed the different warranties, and he knew all about them. Then the awful happened, I totaled the vehicle. But try as I might I couldn't get anyone to help me refund the warranty until I called Michael. In two days I was granted my refund! Michael goes above and beyond with his service and knowledge! He is superior in my book!

I love Tom Wood Lexus in Indianapolis. They are professional, efficient and courteous. I have never had a bad experience - I moved here fro Georgia. The service there was excellent - and I am glad to say that it has continued as I moved here in Indianapolis. They are such professionals and easy to talk to!

I had my eyes on a Lexus for a couple of years and Derrick M was super helpful then and now. I appreciate him being patient with me because I emailed him almost every other day waiting on the perfect car to show on their lot. Each time I came into the dealership, everyone was super nice and fun! Yes, fun! They joked with one another and laughed. It was a friendly yet professional environment. Also, thank you Steve and Mike. Super happy to be part of the Lexus family. Again, thank you Derrick and Tom Wood Lexus.

Car was in for 60,000 mile service. Loaner was ready when we arrived. Chris our service writer explained what would be done and gave an estimate of the cost. He was thorough and friendly making the process easy for us. The service was finished in a timely manner. An excellent service experience.

I’ve been doing business with Tom Wood Lexus since 2008 and have always had a 5 star experience. The service department is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Shanon has been my consultant on numerous occasions. She is one of the best, and I feel she went above and beyond for me, especially on my last visit.
