Amazing customer service from start to finish. It felt like family and I didn’t feel rushed or pressured. Everyone was authentic and educated me on all options. I truly feel they not only gave me the best service (which says a lot for these times we are in), they gave me the absolute best deal out there. The inventory is superb and the cleanliness of the shop and all areas for additional work space!

Our Range Rover had a sensor go bad (not purchased at this dealership) so we called Tom Wood to get the part. They looked it up and turns out our vehicle had that part under warranty if it was under 150k miles. We were at 149,545! We HAD to leave the vehicle and get a rental. Angie Walters took GREAT CARE OF US! They squeezed the vehicle in but said it could be a week. Our surrogate is giving birth on Monday and I was in PANIC mode. Angie got our vehicle fixed and the best baby gift. We will definitely maintain our business with Tom Wood Land Rover! Thanks a million, Angie! You made our experience wonderful!

Really really great dealer to purchase a car from, they will do everything they can to make sure you are confident in the vehicle you are interested in. Want to make sure that the suspension and under body of your vehicle is in good condition? They will get it on one of their vehicle lifts to look at everything you want. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly nice and friendly, and if you can work with a salesman named Brandon do it because the guy knows cars and having a car salesman that knows his cars is always a huge plus in my book cause they can tell you anything that is wrong and actually know why and how it works so thanks again Brandon! Summing it up though, it’s a great dealer and they have some amazing prices on used vehicles so if you find something you are interested in and they have it then definitely go in and check it out because you won’t be disappointed.

We were traveling from Denver to our home in Central PA realizing that we were in need of a 20,000 mile service. I called the day before asking for an appointment and was given one for 10:40 on Wednesday the 20. We were greeted by Pierce who was more than cordial and did all he could to make us feel comfortable in providing information and making sure that we knew where to wait and how long the service would take. The service was prompt and afterward Pierce reviewed with us the items on the service that were completed and assured us that we were good to go. As we talked it turned out he had some familiarity with our home area which was very nice. We were on the road by noon for an over 550 mile travel to our home. We cannot speak well enough about Pierce and the Tom Wood team (including Brian Wagner) who was the tech who completed the work on our car.

Karin and I met with RT Morris regarding the purchase of her 2024 Volvo XC40. RT is extremely kind, knowledgeable and professional. He was a joy to work with. The receptionist, Ashley Smith was also very friendly and welcoming when we arrived. And the gentleman (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) who assisted us with the documentation was very pleasant and highly efficient. We couldn’t be happier with our entire experience. Very great customer experience and communication. Highly recommend the waiting area to enjoy refreshments, TV and space to complete work with the free WiFi. I would recommend their services to all of my family, friends and neighbors. Thanks for a great first visit experience. The only area of improvement would be the length to complete a straight forward oil change and car wash as it was over a 90 minute wait.

I genuinely had terrible experiences on more than one occasion.This time I came in for an oil change, and I did receive the oil change. However, the service advisor came to me, and said that I needed a belt according to the technician – they had just replaced the belts last year! So this led me to question if belts really were changed at all!Additionally, I asked them to check the battery as I had low battery warnings over the previous weeks. They said my battery checked out fine. The very next morning when I went to start my car, it would not start because the battery was dead.On a previous experience, I had my tires balanced and rotated there. While driving home from the service, I received a low pressure warning on my tires!They apologized profusely, and for the tire issue, they gave me a car detail, which was really wonderful.Even with that, I don’t believe I can trust this outfit for good Volvo auto service.

We recently purchased a car from Tom Wood Volvo. A little backstory we were in an accident that totaled our car back in June. We were launched into purchasing a car. We evaluated options at Toyota, Honda, Acura, and Volvo. As you all have likely experienced if buying a car, you get a range of different sales reps and tactics.We worked with RT Morris at Tom Wood Volvo and he was exceptional. No pressure, answered all our repeated questions, and I truly felt he wanted to make sure the car I purchased was the best option for our family.This will be our first Volvo and if the Services is as good as the Sales experience, I imagine we will be owning future Volvo cars.Thank you Tom Wood Volvo, and a special thanks to RT Morris.

Love this place! Taking my car there for service is such a pleasure. The employees are all so kind, patient and helpful. The service area is clean, bright and welcoming. If you need to wait for service, the waiting area is fabulous with comfy chairs, snacks, cold water and several hot drink selections. I have faith in their service department that they know what they’re doing. Plus, my car came back cleaner than when I dropped it off!

It has been over a month now and I still have not received the title to my vehicle. I have been calling and leaving voicemails with a few different people about this issue for over a week and nobody will return my call. I am about to have a car that I spent $50,000 dollars on that I will not be able to drive legally. The process of buying the car was pretty good with the sales person and all that but after the sale it changes. Nobody seems to want to help get this issue resolved. About to be stranded without a car to drive.

This is my first experience with Volvo so I'm a little excited to see how they operate. I have owned everything from BMW to Audi all the way to Maserati and Range Rover but never a Volvo. I'm having an issue with one of my speakers on my passenger door of my XC 60. Going in Thursday August 31st to see if they are able to diagnose it and potentially get it fixed. After speaking with the service advisor Jeff Hodge Via email I am hopeful that this will be fixed and I will be back to enjoying my tunes. Will update review after my service visit To let everyone know how things went.Update I pulled up for service this morning arrived super early . My appointment was at 8:20. I arrived at 7:40. They had me out the door at 8:39. The process was very smooth. Everybody was very kind the lounge area is extremely clean and well stocked. They washed the car for me as most places do. The speed was phenomenal. I really felt like my time was valued as I am a very busy person. They have ordered the parts needed for my speaker. Will update once the repair is completed. All around five stars ?

Experience with buying a car was great. Waldir was amazing and had absolutely no issues. However, now that we’ve traded in that vehicle with another dealership and trying to call to figure out how to cancel our extended warranty they’re absolutely no help. I have called on multiple occasions with no response.Update: finally received a response back. Late but better than never

The service is always very good! If I have questions I always appreciate someone explaining to me how something works.Thanks to the service writer I’ve had, Jeff, for always being helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.Sometimes the wait is long but I want the service done right.If our salesman, Todd is there the day I go he always comes by to see how things are going. Super nice salesman.
