Had a tire emailed early in the AM. I managed to get to this Tire Discounters and was their first customer of the day. They managed to get me in and out quickly. I was able to make it to work just in time.

I’ve received the best customer service here. I had to come back because of my tires were not covered under warranty. They got me in and out and were very nice. Not to mention Matt helped me for future repairs. I will only get tires from here on out. These people really care about your well being.

Since April 2024 I have purchased 2 new sets of tires for both my vehicles. Grandsun and I were driving around with bald tires and tire rods that were installed on the wrong side. Needless to say after they found those issues I was in tears because I had both mine and gransuns life in my hands and at anytime we could have been 6 feet deep. But David and Matt’s customer service was right on point! One of them took my grandson so I could cool off cause I was in tears. The other one made sure the car was repaired in a timely and cost efficient manner‼️ I will NEVER forget that. It was exactly what I needed at that time. I now feel like we are family? I will NEVER go anywhere else for car or tire repairs‼️ They are stuck with me for life‼️???

My tire pressure light came on and I stopped by discount tire located on 42nd and Pendleton Pike to get them checked. At the time I had a set of 20in rims that were purchased not even 6 months ago. Discount informs me that my tires were all over-inflated and were reading at 42-44.
I didn’t know what to believe bc the ppl that’s saying this manufacture tires alllllll day. So they let air out of each tire and I left. A few weeks later I’m down two tires and it’s bc my tires didn’t support the weight of my car. my rims are low profile and my tire are not the normal standard tire. All this information is coming from Midas. Smh. I’m not going to speak on Midas bc their review is coming next. ?Anywho. I contacted discount tire on Washington and Mitthoffer and some guy I am not sure if his name anymore but was really helpful and told me he could order me the correct tires and sold to me for 93.00 a piece. I think it’s a good deal but I also think discount tire on Pendleton pike and 42nd street need to reimburse me for deflating my tires.

Terrible service, Appointment for 4 in the afternoon, we arrived an hour earlier at the reception's suggestion, they started working on the car almost at 6 in the afternoon, with a slow pace, I think a Turtle works faster..
I would recommend looking for another tire service. This place is not recommended at all.

This business is just as good as a dealership if not better
The team that is working there is an A+ team. Bobby went above and beyond and Jamie is absolutely great she helped me from start to finish. THANKS GUYS the manager was working just as hard while maintaining the shop

I really have to say this location is the thee best in Indianapolis, Indiana. Hands down the customer service is outstanding they greet u as soon as u walk in. Very productive and professional for me u have tire problems this is the place to go. U have noises that u are not familiar with this is the place to go everyone was helpful and polite the 2 who stood out more were Mr. David, Mehrlich who took really good care of me and Ms. Jamie Boorman. Definitely giving and rating 5 star they have such a strong team and I love it. Keep up the Hard work u guys been doing for years now from ladies to gentlemen Have a blessed day u all rock ???
