This place let my concession bbq trailer get Stolen!!!!! Kept taking my payments never alerted me to the problem or Any other problem that they were having no email not a call and had All of my information!!!!!And they are saying they are not responsible for my missing 8.5x 18 ft trailer how crazy is that and can't even tell me how long it's been gone or anything and the Whole lot is on camera and everything should be recorded plus you need a gate code to get in and out of this place!!!!!!!!!PSA don't take your things that u care about there!

Terrible! Hard to get in contact with the mitthoefer location specifically. No one wants to do their job in there and the storage units aren't anything special to be so over-priced. Plenty of better choices in the nearby area.

I rented a u-haul truck, not a storage unit. The people were super helpful though with what I needed. I'm sure they could have helped with a storage unit if need be

Short and to the point.In 2019 I had a Cargo Van and Landscape trailer stolen from this facility. All of the cameras meant nothing. The Front Gate is constantly left open all day and night and more that a few times, I've noticed what seemed to be people living in their storage units or random cars sitting in the back, where there are no lights, with female passengers.The Van was recovered, but the trailer is still missing. No assistance or even a phone call from management.Vehicles in parking storage aren't insurable, but even the insurance on stored units has questionable efficacy when considering the lax security, or the "there's nothing we can do" attitude when asking for camera footage. Rest assured though, there will be NO DELAY with regard to the text messages asking and reminding you of your PAYMENT.
