Nice mutluple rooms for events lot of bathroom stall in ladies room lot of parking space. Had security not sure if that's all events .

The Event was 3 Scores and 15 Years Celebration (75). The Silver Centre Event Hall was setup excellent. But the Photo Backdrop should read 3 Scores and 15 years not 75 years. I paid $200.00 for the Photo Backdrop. I requested ice for the tea and water, since no ice was on the table, was told it was in the kitchen. Total event time was 6 hours 3:00 to 9:00. It was dark when the event was over. No outside light was turn on. Later I was told it was on early or I needed to ask for the light to be turn on.

I was pleasantly surprised but this venue was great and intimate for my nieces baby shower! And we felt safe with security right at the door which was really great! So if you're ever needing a place to host a birthday party or baby shower and you're looking for the far Eastside this is your place!

I had my wedding there and This is a 0 star place! Don’t get me wrong it beautiful and spacious but if you want to have good time this is not the place!I had my wedding there and before the event we agreed that I was supposed to use a little room for me and my groomsmen to refresh and change clothes before the 1st and 2nd entrance.This people charged me $360 for that little room!And the security guy was yelling at us (on our wedding day)when we tried to explain to them that charge wasn't mentioned in the contract. So just be prepare. I love to see black owned business but that was a terrible experience that I will never forget.

This place is amazing!! The staff is amazing! Just had my daughters sweet 16 and we couldn’t have found anyone better than here to do it! Highly recommended!

Great ballroom, but kitchen prep area is something from the 80s. Old warmer that takes hours to heat up and only a microwave. Customers are told there is an oven, but surprise, your guest will have to wait 1-2 hours to eat if you are only relying on the old warmer. It took an hour and a half to heat up garlic bread

I attended an event here last weekend and I must truly say that the lack of professionalism and customer service that I experienced is absurd. It appears that the staff here at this facility put on a façade when booking because they want your money and service, but as soon as they receive your money they show their true colors and turn into rude, inconsiderate and money hungry business people. The owner was extremely rude & the security guard was extremely negative and unprofessional. I certainly will never do business here and I strongly encourage others to not do business here either unless you enjoy paying money to be disrespected. 0/10 would not recommend.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Not WORTH IT!If I could give it a 0/5 stars I would. BEFORE the party, very accommodating and responsive. As soon as we got there to set up, everything was critiqued by the staff member, Brandy.The owner was very money hungry. It felt like it was 1000 dollars just to turn on a light. For ex: it was communicated when I first booked the event about me having a margarita machine.. before the party it was communicated as well but things changed & I was told I had to have the machine behind the bar(no problem).Right before the event starts, the owner said that they had to charge $5 per cup of the machine that I provided + all of the ingredients inside of it.On another note, after the party- the night staff, Dee and security guard brought his child to the gig, which seemed unprofessional and unsafe if something were to happen. Secondly, each staff member had an attitude and made everyone feel very unwelcome. Even the owner came into the building and was giving off an attitude as if she didn’t want us there. The security guard and night staff continued to start an argument with the attendees of the event as well, very unprofessional.It’s sad that a black WOMAN owned business would act as if a CUSTOMER was a problem.I know the response of the PR person would explain how they were not at fault and take accountability for anything. I wish them more trainings and peace to advance this business.PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Not WORTH IT!

Venue was great, but customer service and management was extremely unprofessional. They were welcoming to an event due to money being made on their end, but once you attend and bring things that are acceptable to host your own event they became very pushy. They were more open to making some sort of profit over things previously discussed like bringing your own supplies. They even went to the extent to argue with the attendees and demanded we helped clean. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend this establishment…the staff members are extremely unprofessional and one even brought their child (who sat in the entrance of the party playing on their tablet) to work with them DURING my friends event??? communication is poor and it could use a nice cleaning. The entire place is a mess, there are several things in this hall that are broken, cheaply put together or falling apart. The ceilings and walls are incredibly stained and scuffed. All signage leading you to certain rooms or the bathroom is paper which looks really tacky…The main glass window upon entering the facility was shattered and covered up with a gigantic red plant? They could use some classes on professionalism and a good cleaning service. There wasn’t one person that was friendly, welcoming or helpful in any way! being money hungry and not sticking to the agreed upon contract was just the icing on the cake. Don’t waste your time!

I recently had a wonderful vendor event! I attended one there previously and enjoyed the space however the staff was very rude and unprofessional!The people that attended my event came up to me several times to tell me how rude our bartender was! I was very disappointed with ALL THE STAFF! Which is sad because the space is amazing! I will tell anyone to make sure they do their research. But if you are having “just a vendor event” like the owner Chesia said to me as if I didn’t pay my hard earned money, I would definitely look around first. From beginning to end this was not an enjoyable experience!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this venue. I recently attended an event at the venue and the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service was beyond devastating to say the least. The encounter my sister had before the event was great, but once the event started the owner, security guard & staff definitely changed their attitude, appearance & professionalism. I have read the reviews posted prior to my experience and the reviews that gave the Silver Centre 1 star explained a very similar experience we had encountered the day of our event. Which is very unfortunate that their public relations team disregard almost every review that is not in their favor. But in short, do not do business with this company.
