The service my husband and I have received from Christy and Makenna was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Every time we walk through the doors we are greeted with smiles and hellos. I highly recommend working with both of these wonderful women to furnish your home to make it the home of your dreams.

I was greeted at the door by Andrew. He did a great job assisting me. I chose two of the nicest sofas in stock and made an offer. The manager Christy then scolded him in front of us because he was unable to sell us a lesser sofa for full price. She assured us she took over the transaction for Andrew because he was unable to meet our expectations. Christy then told my wife and I she “judged us before she helped us but it turns out we aren’t bad people after all”, lied about what was included in the “white glove” delivery, and tried to bribe us not to write a bad review by discounting a floor model end table. We did pay full price for the two nicer sofas, delivery, and a protection plan so I am unclear why she did not believe Andrew could meet our expectations or in any way what she did to help us. This does not give me much faith the experience will be positive if we ever need to utilize the protection plan.

Went in looking for a tv stand, just as we entered the front door, a sales associate greeted us and showed us some options. Then greeted by a store manager who gave us a great deal on what we were looking for. Great furniture and very nice helpful employees

We were greeted by Andrew when we walked in the door. We kind of knew what we wanted after doing some online shopping and just wanted to look around. Andrew was funny and had a great personality. He wasn't hovering when we were looking around and once we were ready to go over things he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience very easy and stress free

If they do not have it in stock when you are shopping, I would go somewhere else. I bought a couch in October and only 1 piece of it has been delivered as of Dec 9th. It has been delayed several times and even this past week I was supposed to get another piece of it on the 5th and got no call or delivery. If I would have known this would have taken over 2 months, I would not have shopped here. This is not the customer experience you would expect given the prices of the furniture.

So happy with the dining room table I purchased from RoomPlace. Good quality and great price! Ask for Khalil, he was helpful and informative. Manager, Cristy, is great too!!! I had been to two other stores shopping in the rain and they both were sunshine on a rainy day! Wish I would have started there first ?

I bought all new furniture for my new home from Room place, i am very disappointed ☹️ that it’s only one month and furniture quality is very poor. Beds are Making noise and sofa is also in very bad condition. It seems like it is 10 years old but it’s only one month I bought .I don’t recommend buying any furniture from them.I already file a complaint for repair but no action from their side.Stay away from them if you don’t want to be disappointed.

My wife and I went to The Room Place after visiting several other stores. It was a breath of fresh air when meeting John. He was extremely professional. He did not hover over us like sales people from other stores with the "how do you like this one?" question every time we sat on a couch. He stayed close enough where he was easily accessible if we had a question but far enough to give us some privacy. We purchased our couch on a Saturday and it is going to be delivered today. We will be back to do more business with John and The Room Place is the future. Thank you! 5 stars for The Room Place and 10 stars for John. Thank you!!

Frauds-i will never work with them again. I found a set of furniture we really wanted but I wanted to check out one more place. The manager, Cristy, wanted to give me the prices and said she would make an “inquiry” for a financing option and I could just call her and let her know if I wanted to go through with the transaction. I even asked if it would be an hard or soft hit on my credit and she stated an inquiry.. After I came home I realized the furniture was not going to fit and told her I could not get that set. The next day I got a thank you for purchase and that a room place credit card was opened in my name and I even had a delivery date scheduled. I had not agreed to any of that. When she finally responded to me after I told her I was contacting her regional manager she responded with “I was under the impression that you were disclosed to I was trying to be really thorough, so I apologize for the perception. Obviously perception is reality” she knew we were still going to check out one more place but she pushed through the order and then wouldn’t respond till I messaged her that I was waiting to hear from the regional. Beyond pissed. The regional manager did reach out quickly but unfortunately the damage had already been done.
