Yesterday I had to say goodbye to my 19yr cat. It was one of the saddest days of my life. The doctor and the staff showed so much compassion and kindness. The doctor even hugged me. That means so much to me. They shared empathy with me. The doctor was gentle with my baby. I don't like the circumstances but I'm glad I have met these loving people. I would not have chosen another vet to share the last moments with my baby. In the future if I ever get another cat this is the only vet that I will bring her too. This place is a gift from God.

I had a truly disappointing encounter with Vet the Paw Patch. The level of rudeness displayed by their staff was completely unacceptable. From the moment I stepped into their clinic, I was met with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude. The veterinary professionals seemed more interested in rushing through the appointment than providing quality care. They lacked basic manners and failed to address my concerns with the respect they deserved. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior in a place that should prioritize the well-being of animals and their owners. I strongly urge pet owners to seek care elsewhere and avoid the Paw Patch."

"I recently had a very unpleasant encounter with Vet the Paw Patch. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. From the moment I walked in, their attitude was dismissive and condescending. They showed no empathy or compassion towards my pet, and their communication was curt and unhelpful. It is disheartening to see a veterinary clinic that lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. I would strongly advise pet owners to consider other options and avoid the Paw Patch."

We love the Paw Patch - all of their staff/vets are extremely friendly, helpful, kind, and caring to both owners and pets alike.
We first came to the Paw Patch mainly because they work with the dog rescue organization we were fostering for. When we became a "foster-fail" and adopted our foster dog, we knew we wanted to keep taking her to the Paw Patch.
All of the staff and veterinarians are so friendly and easy to talk to. They are incredibly helpful and patient when listening to your concerns or questions, and are very gentle and friendly with their patients. Our pup is on the nervous side and generally does not enjoy vet trips - but the Paw Patch makes the whole process as easy, painless, and welcoming as possible.

I took my chicken in for an unknown issue - after X-rays, turns out she had repro cancer. I took her home to be a chicken while she could be. When it was clear that her body was struggling, I took her in for euthanasia. I didn't stay while they did it - despite raising my girls from chicks they run from me unless I have treats (not really pets) - and my blubbering would have been more stressful to her than the calm vet. They didn't judge me for not staying, and when we picked up her body to bury, they had some feathers in a jar, feet prints, and a few days later I got a card. I appreciate the extra care and thoughtfulness - she was a sweet bird and she deserved the gentle transition she got from the team.

Very kind staff, also great advice given on our dog since she was very nervous about going to the vet. Really happy with the Paw Patch!

I brought in a kitten I found on the side of the freeway. Her leg was broken and dangling and the tip of her tail was degloved. When I explained this to the two women at the front desk, they looked at each other and started cackling for a solid 5-10 seconds. (I don’t know their names, but one was sunburnt and had a Karen haircut and the other just looked like Bruce Vilanch) Sunburn turned to Bruce and said “I guess we’re just having one of those days ?” as though she was in a sitcom about a moron who was mistakenly hired at a veterinary hospital. Meanwhile, this poor kitten lay in my arms writhing in agony. Bruce then furrowed her brow, and with all the urgency of a waterlogged mattress, sighed and told Sunburn to take the kitten to the back so the doctor could look at her. Minutes later, when it was decided it would be best to take the kitten to an emergency clinic, Sunburn lazily suggested printing out a list of clinics I could choose from instead of just telling me where the nearest one was. Before leaving, I confronted Sunburn about the laughter and suggested she and Bruce try a little (expletive) professionalism next time, to which she placed a hand on her leathery chest, mouth agape in disbelief.
While I can understand a certain level of detachment in this field, the lack of urgency and tact was astounding and upsetting. I would not bring a stray to this location, let alone one of my own pets in a time of need.

Arguably the best veterinary care I've ever received the staff here and Dr Finnegan specifically handling our daughter and really showing true and genuine humanity and care has prolonged her longevity and quality of life immensely! From the desk staff to vet techs and Dr T as well this team CARES! Your pet could not be in better hands and I could not be more thankful for them. Their hearts are right where they should be in the work and dedicated to their craft and your pets wellbeing. It's not about money or convenience here and I'm confident they'll show you that, even the prices are very competitive and fair.
