Every aspect of our experience with the Fireplace Center of Indianapolis was excellent. Gary helped me choose the right electric fireplace to replace an older ventless gas fireplace in our condo. He then came out to our home to get the exact measurements and within two weeks, I received a call that the installers were ready to come out. Jorge led the installation work and he was also excellent. Retrofitting existing fireplaces is challenging and he handled everything with great skill. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this company.

The Fireplace Center is absolutely the place I would recommend to everyone with fireplace needs. The in-store experience was great with John showing us what options are available and answering all of our questions. Bill Bishop was wonderful as the installer. He took such care with the installation and took the time to explain the features and what to expect with our new insert. Highly recommend!!

Service was not worth the price of $399.I had basic cleaned the pellet stove, was not much left for him to do. I had already purchased the door gasket rope, gasket sealant and rope tape, and he installed.He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Bill, the technician, arrived on time and, after removing the front screen and glass, immediately determined the cause of the delayed ignition of the flame. The issue was quickly resolved and he cleaned areas on top and below the firebox. He explained how we could keep the fireplace working efficiently with a few easy steps each month. Bill was very personable and took the time to explain the issues. Pleased we called the Fireplace Center of Indianapolis and will definitely call them again with any fireplace problems.
