Jeremy is very professional and responsive. The crew that came to our house were knowledgable, professional, pleasant and cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We have an almost 100 year old home with unique challenges. I would highly recommend them for all your fireplace needs.

I’m made a call to the store today about a section of needed chimney flue pipe. They had it in stock and I was able to pick it up within a half hour, excellent job FCI.

Bill was very thorough when checking over the fireplace and troubleshot all components of the fireplace. He came up with a hypothesis about the control module and will be ordering a replacement. I greatly appreciated how he checked all systems including an external switch to determine our next steps in hopefully saving this fireplace. I highly recommend him.

The guys did an excellent job on giving us a completely new fireplace and converting from wood burning to electric. Their expertise and craftsmanship really shines through! Will use them for any masonry jobs in the future and will recommend them to everyone.

We had Bill from the Fireplace center of Indianapolis install our gas log set and wow they were amazing. Bill did an amazing job of install and training for us and we would wholeheartedly call them back for more installations here at Taylor University . If you want top notch ask for Bill to do your install.

Bill came out to service a leaking gas fireplace at our new home. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He took time to explain to us that the fireplace was set up incorrectly and gave us on advice on where to go from there without charging us for the visit. We plan on using the fireplace center to upgrade our fireplace.
Edit: just found out they charged $299 for a 5 minute visit that was basically a consultation with no actual work done. Going with another company for a gas insert.

Highly recommend John Hobelman. Product knowledge was unmatched from other vendors we consulted with. Our 20+ year old house had a structure fire behind our brick fireplace. Brick was discontinued and they were able to track down the original factory to obtain a 99% match. Storm has excellent craftsmanship in restoration.

Bill was great. Unfortunately he was not able to repair my fireplace but did find the problem. Further work will need to be done.
