Nothing like poking around stores full of wares I can barely afford ? Truly, though, this mall is always well-kept and clean (bathrooms and all), and I enjoy stopping in to see what's-what in the higher-end of fashion I can access. We enjoy the food court and often find deals on items in the stores' sales. I have not had an interaction with any staff that was unprofessional, and most members are friendly and helpful.

It was a relatively nice place. I would stay away from the Nike store though. Everyone that worked there was very rude and immature. I literally walked out of the store with about $300 worth of stuff that I just set down because they were making fun of other customers.

Around 10 years ago, the clientele that you would see while walking around the mall was a lot different than the clientele today. It used to be a much higher level of sophistication. Now, it's kind of like going to Castleton Mall from 15 years ago. I have to say from 15 years ago, because today going to Castleton mall is kind of scary. This place isn't scary yet but give it another 10 or 15 years

My car was involved in a hit and run accident on the third floor of the parking garage on 8/18/24. I was told at the time that the police would handle the investigation and that any security footage would go to them. I called the mall the next day to try to obtain the security footage because it would be useful for finding the vehicle involved, however they denied my request. I patiently waited to hear back from the Police about the incident, and when they did call me back a few weeks later (9/17/24), it was to inform me that they would not be investigating any hit and run accidents.
After hearing this, I again called the mall to try to obtain the footage. I talked to a few people including the Security Director, who then told me that the only person who could authorize the release of the footage is the GM, Nancy Larson. I left a message for Nancy over a week ago and have yet to hear anything back from anyone.
While it is not the Mall's responsibility, I think it would be good customer service to assist me in finding out who caused more than $900 of damage (bumper respray and real valence replacement) to my vehicle on their property. I paid out of pocket in order to avoid a rate hike from my insurance company. The only way for me to not suffer financially from this incident would be to identify the vehicle involved in the accident...and the only way I can do that is with security footage.
As a former paying customer, I will not spend another dime at this mall.

One of the best malls I’ve ever been too! Any high end designer store is there. Very clean and easy to navigate. I would come back and do more shopping when I visit the area again.

The cleanest most well stocked shopping in Indiana. Good vibe, up to date, sunny. This mall makes all of the other malls in Indiana look like Dollar Stores.

Going to eat from the hotel (Sheraton)which is attached to the mall. Was accused my this person of trespassing If I’m wrong why is he covering his name in the attached , was met by the police. Pleasant evening. No fault to the police, over the top mall cops. Looting riots fires 2022-23 nothing. Someone trying to eat in 24 big 911
