Just called to see if I can get my tv repaired and they said they couldn’t do it. I asked for more information on how to go about getting a screen and was told “nobody’s gonna fix it, buy a new one” then got hung up on before I could get another word out. Would give a no star if possible. Bad customer service for no reason at all.

My Vizio was stuck in demo mode and the store I purchased from and vizio wouldn't service under warranty. I took the TV to this shop and the 6 were able to repair it in a couple hours for a great price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also sell new TVs at a lower rate than every store I've been in. When I picked up my tv I got a 60" Vizio for 400 cheaper than in Walmart. I recommended to my family

Very unprofessional, states they open at 10am which is false, they show up when they want to. Had me waiting twice once over 30 minutes and the other an hour for anyone to show up. Place is a mess, and they couldn’t even fix my tv that’s 4 yrs old. Very unhappy with this place.

I went to buy a tv and found a better one for around the same price. Left with a Samsung UN7100 series and paid WAY less than any box store or amazon. It was new in the box and came out of the box perfect and now hangs over our fireplace. The tv also came with a warranty. A great tv for the price. An outstanding tv for the price I paid.
