This credit union is better than any of the banks around (I've used) in terms of Service offerings and Customer Service. I've had good experiences over the last 10 yrs in auto loan and account management.

Awful customer service after 4pm. The person minding the bank is on a personal phone call and doesn't speak or understand English very well and he is excruciatingly SLOW!
