Went in to see about the 4 free iPhones n was told that's just to get u in the door but u must trade in 4 iPhones for that deal n everything was in Spanish when asked why I was told because 95% of his customers were Mexican. So basically English reading n understanding ppl they really don't care for.... That's my exit

Walked in with my elderly mother to get a new SIM card for her phone. We wasn’t greeted as all the reps were busy helping other customers besides one. Another customer (Hispanic) walked in and the one rep who was available ran to greet her. Another rep pointed at us sitting down and he walked over. I asked him if thought we just walked in to have a seat because he blatantly ignored us yet was eager to help the lady who came in. This rep was nonchalant, told us we didn’t need a SIM card after we talked to rep on the phone who stated we did. The rep walked away and proceeded to help the lady who came in after us. Maybe if we were Hispanic we would’ve been treated better more so acknowledged. Will never return or recommend!

I came in want to change my plan because I thought it’s too expensive. The hispanic guy work there try kept talk me out of it and then lied about the information he gives. Completely lost all my respect and trust for the team.

Issue is not for this location but for TMobile as a whole. Transferred service recently and the sales department assured me 700 for my trades. They provided 82 dollars and never followed up with me. When contacting customer service I was advised sales could not bundle both a trade in and another promotion. I advised that was not my issue but theirs. Told me to go pound sand. Offered nothing and refused to send me back my phones. What a scam. Now my bill is 100 dollars more. Don’t trust this company.
