Took my Wife for her birthday and have zero regrets. Amazingly clean, I inspected every inch of the Chalet and was not disappointed. Front desk staff was super friendly and accommodating. Now that we have been there for the first time we are already planning return visits. It’s simply amazing and would recommend to anyone.

We come here for the private pool. I have been coming for years. Every time we come there is an issue. We always stay for 2 days. This time because I didn't say "I want housekeeping" the room was not cleaned and they just put a pile of towels on an unmade bed. I don't depend on them restocking anything. I'm glad I brought plastic cups. The swim jet also quit working. I was in the Chalet suite ( with no discount). Then when I asked for housekeeping I got the stink eye from the staff. I was so uncomfortable.

This trip was everything, 10/10 hands down would recommend to anyone! The room was absolutely perfect and very clean. It felt like we were living in luxury for a night. If you’re thinking of going, just do it!!! Worth every penny.

Where do I start? This place is amazing!!! I have been going here for many years. Our room was updated and was wonderful. It is one of the cleanest rooms that I have ever stayed in. We had everything that we needed. We will be back!!

This place is spectacular!! Came here for our honeymoon and we were treated like royalty!! The room is so clean. The paradise suite is definitely paradise. The staff is so friendly and you can tell they truly care about you as a customer. Wow!! I will definitely be back.Rooms: So beautiful and romantic. Extremely clean!!Safety: It's gated and they make sure you are secure. Love it so much.Walkability: You park right infront of your door.

I don't know where to start with this experience. It was a 10 star experience, it was a wet bath house, we overpacked but for our next time going we know to bring our backpacks. It was very romantic, quiet, secluded, secure, clean, and very well maintained. You definitely get what you pay for, the customer service from the time we checked in to the time we left was definitely above me expectations. We stayed for 4 days and we really wanted to extend our stay, me and my husband will be visiting all of the Sybaris Chains.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS AND ROMANTIC!The hubby and I visited this location for our anniversary. Stayed for 4 days and did not want to leave. We had a blast. From the check in process to the calls we received for room service every day to check the pool levels... everything was clean, professional and SSSSOOO worth every penny. We can't wait to go back. I love how the bluetooth speakers play in the room and the pool room.Just look at the pictures...they speak for themselves. This isn't a hotel where you see pictures and get there and wonder what you walked into. You won't be disappointed!

I still enjoy the hell out of this place, but the chalet is starting to feel a bit worn down. Steam room controls are missing, decor has never been updated, and the shower looks like it came from a dilapidated trailer park.Like I said, I love this place, but I would be embarrassed to recommend it to a friend.

Room was immaculately clean. I was very impressed. The suite itself was great. Location was a bit iffy and I was able to hear road noise at night. We had some trouble initially with the key card but the front desk corrected it. Overall a nice place to spend an anniversary weekend. A close 2nd to Belamere Suites in Perrysburg, OH.

I recommend this suite to everyone. It was amazing! Well worth the money we spent on it. The staff was very helpful and very polite. The amenities in the room are awesome. I can’t wait to book our next trip there.

My wife surprised me and rented us a room for an early anniversary gift. All I have to say is that it was incredible. It felt like we were in our own private oasis. It was so romantic. I wish we could had stayed two nights. We will definitely come again.

Update: manager sent a partial refund and finally responded to my emails. I am changing my rating slightly up.The room did NOT look like the photos at all. We were very disappointed. Photos are of some other updated room or something. What we were given has not changed in at least 20 years. Old carpeting and sound equipment. Pool floor was cracking.The whole complex was situated in a rundown area and my wife and I felt like it was the kind of "club" for a sleezy group. People smoking and driving pimped vehicles. It was not the classy experience we were looking for and didn't even feel safe.The price point led us to believe it would be professional, but it turned out much like a try-hard motel 6.They require you to sign up for an annual subscription and they do not respond to any emails you send. I have sent several. One in response to their automated message asking if I wanted room upgrades. Never got them.I tried to check-in online since it said I was required to do so in advance. Website would not work.There were a few consolations. It was clean. The front desk staff were very kind and professional... just apparently never check emails. There were free waters. We liked those things.Would I ever go back? Well, sure, if I were told that the room we stayed in was one of the few they hadn't updated yet and we were guaranteed our room would be new, I just might try it again in a desperate pinch. However, I would scour Airbnb to see if there were anything competitive before I went to a last resort like this again....still waiting to hear back from them a month after our stay. We did give ample time for response before leaving this review.Rooms: Much smaller than the photos would lead you to believe. This place was built decades ago and has not been updated for a very long time.
