Mark Jr from Superior Towing, Inc was awesome. Communication by towing company was clear, the tow came in the time frame requested, and Mark was friendly, professional and easy to work with.He worked well in the rain and took care of our car. Appreciated the team work from the dispatch to Mark coming out and taking care of us. We just switched to Good Sams Roadside and will request again if we need future service. Blessings <><

I would never use them again they broke my gear shaft and didn’t want to at least HELP to replace it. Customer service sucked and management wasn’t helpful

After our cars front axle rusted through and we were broken down on the side of the road, Superior Towing got us help quickly and scheduled a tow for the next business day when we could get it to an auto shop. Both of the men who helped were incredible. Vito helped tow us back home the day our car broke and Bobby helped tow us to the auto shop. The auto shop is a smaller local business and it required a lot of skill on Bobby’s part to get our car into the garage space in such a tight area. He did a great job and we appreciate all their help! Highly recommend!

Bobby from Superior Towing was awesome! My insurance had contacted two other towing companies which both had wait times of 2 hours and they ended up canceling. Superior Towing responded quickly and Bobby was at the location with in the hour! When he arrived, he was super kind and cordial. I thought that I’d need to get my car towed but it ended up only needing to be jumped. When this happened, Bobby went the extra mile and contacted his company to ensure that my insurance would charge appropriately. Super grateful for the timeliness and care!

Today I had to tow my car to Bryan's Automotive in Mooresville. I called Ox Car Care & they immediately got me a towing company, Superior Towing Company. It took them about half hour to come out. Rashad called & told me me driver Earnest was one way. Ernest got here & he was so nice, I gave him a Snickers Doodle candle for his wife. He went ahead & loaded car. Thank you Rashad & Earnest for great service!!
