I have toured over at Sundance Apartments and it was gorgeous! I loved the extra storage spaces inside the homes and natural sunlight they provide. The outward appearance was nice and kept up cleanliness. Everyone around had good attitudes and made me feel more comfortable. I love Sundance!

Mary our leasing agent was great, but after being told my washer and dryer would only take a “few” days has now turned into a waiting list with no option. Keep in mind I’ve already paid my money for them. I WILL be reimbursed that money for my inconvenience.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Sundance Apartments! The community is well-maintained, and the amenities are fantastic— especially the pool and fitness center.

Very poor move in experience, the apartment was not cleaned before we arrived and still hasn’t been a week later while we wait to move in our stuff. Dead flies everywhere, fridge smells awful, stains in the bathroom.
Additionally, the maintenance requests haven’t gone through, we are still waiting for internet and a fix on our garbage disposal. Can’t get keys for our mailbox or clubhouse on move in because the system is down. Our apartment was not move in ready.

I absolutely adored the place! Very clean, and well kept on the outside, everyone was super super nice, and the lady who gave us a tour was incredibly sweet and friendly! She was very informative about everything and answered all of our questions. And the lake views from the apartment homes are to die for. I loved it and I cannot wait to put in an application and hopefully start a new chapter there!!
