Locally owned family business with multiple locations. They had a huge selection with many varieties of hanging baskets, potted plants, bedding plants and bushes and trees. They are also a traditional hardware store and also have a large selection of outdoor furniture. There is even a small restaurant / bistro inside and they sell craft beer there.

I bought a hose about 6 weeks ago and have only used it a few times. It ended up busting on me and I didn’t have my receipt but I had the card I used and the transaction on my banking app.I called before I made the 35 minute drive up there, a nice gentleman said no problem, he could get it exchanged. When I got there, of course, there was issues and because I didn’t have the receipt, the manage wouldn’t let me return it.I try to support smaller businesses where I can, but unfortunately, I would rather shop at the biggest hardware stores because they can look up your transaction by credit card in case you lose a receipt.

I can't give enough stars!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! It was very busy, but ran like a well-oiled machine! EVERYTHING is beyond beautiful. I wish I could have brought the whole store home, but I may have brought home less than half. I can't wait to return!

After finding patio chairs locally that I loved, I decided to hop online to find the best price and that led me to Sullivan Hardware & Garden in Indianapolis. The chairs arrived timely and were just what I was expecting. And I saved THOUSANDS by shopping at Sullivan's. I must also give a shout out to Ben on their support team who proactively updated me on shipping status and answered some questions I had. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I feel confident in my purchase if any issues arise and I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Sullivan's is the best. No matter if it's hardware, grilling, gardening, lawn care l, or anything else you can think of. Sullivan's has great selection and does it right.

There’s ALWAYS a reason to go to Sullivan’s Hardware—even if I can’t put my finger on exactly what that reason is…The Yellow House, the amazing greenhouse, the cafe, the unusual trinkets, candies, cards, etc., the electric train set at Christmas time, the train trip to see Santa (which I haven’t done–yet). I don’t think I’ve ever looked at tools.I find another reason to absolutely adore this unique destination every time I visit. The Christmas displays are the closest we have to the defunct Ayres holiday displays. Thank you so much for creating it.

On a recent visit to my folks, they said they wanted to take me to a hardware store in Indianapolis. For lunch. I kinda laughed and went along with their plan. And wow... am I glad I did! The front of the store had basic hardware store type things, but everything changed a few aisles later. The large store was full of carefully curated and themed shopping displays - from trees and ornaments to food and housewares to candles, body care and hostess gifts. (Pet-themed, birds, outdoorsy camping, candy cane, toys, food themed, etc.) There was a large section of unique toys and gifts and another of food (not chain store stuff), and I was pleasantly surprised to get some Christmas shopping done. The Sullivan Hardware and Garden buyer and their retail display creator deserve a raise! There was a huge section of Yeti products and the grilling/smoker section had everything you could imagine. The store felt like it kept going on, and in the very back was a big outdoor section for seasonal plants that was mostly empty due to the change of season. (I can only imagine how wonderful it would be in spring and summer!) The greenhouse section was full of very healthy looking and well-maintained house plants. There was even a house - an actual house, complete with a porch - that was one of the best boutique stores I've shopped in recently. The house, the store, the greenhouse - it's all one store! The most surprising part for me was the café that served actual homemade food, without a reheated chicken finger in sight! The menu selection was not huge, but the food quality was undeniable, the taste was delicious, and presentation spot on. Did I spend a couple hours in a hardware store? Yes, I did. Would I go back? In a heartbeat!

We were shopping for a gas grill. The help and professionalism are superb. Mr. Scott and Delano were very nice, knowledgeable and courteous. When it comes to customer service. I highly recommend Sullivan on Keystone. Also there is a restaurant inside the store, you have to give it a try. The owner is very smart. He always renews with great ideas.

We had such a pleasant experience at Sullivan's! Jamie helped us with our patio furniture and was so nice and polite and made the whole process very easy. It was just delivered today and the 2 delivery guys were so polite and helpful! Definitely worth every penny to have the service they offer!

First time visit 8/22/23…underwhelmed.I was looking for some outdoor perennial plants & have zero knowledge.I wondered around & tried to ask several employees for help but to no avail & none offered any help.I finally found a cart & loaded up two hydrangeas & two cone flower plants. As I checked out the cashier called someone to help get them to my car…I thought why bother now??Selection of plants seemed great & they all seemed healthy, but I can go to Lowes down the street & figure it out myself for much less.
