This was a cross country move. Took two loads to get it done (3 weeks apart) and still did not move all of our possessions. The new owners even texted Daniel to say that he had all the items (mostly garden equipment, outdoor bench, bird bath, etc.) where it was originally placed for the movers to pick up and Daniel never responded and never picked up the items they left. I paid my former next door neighbors to haul the remaining items to us. Daniel did make sure that he was PAID at the conclusion of the first truckload however, but followup for the ETA for the 2nd truck was minimal (I had to take off work to meet them because I had started working by then) and then of course, many possessions did not even make it to us. Would never recommend this mover, ever.

Called Studley at 2pm to schedule a small house to house move. The man who answered asked a few questions then said he was busy and would call me back in 15 minutes. No call back. At 630pm I called again and the same man said he didn't forget about me, he was finishing up the day and would call me back shortly. Never heard from him again even through the next day. I refuse to keep asking if I can hire someone and give them money. And I was fully prepared to tip 25% to make sure this company knew it was worth their while. Too bad I was completely ignored.

Studley made our move from Indianapolis to Phoenix as easy as it gets! I'm pretty particular and we had 'zero' complaints. Daniel Studley and his crew were extremely careful with all of our belongings. Mr. Studley even sent me texts every day as he drove from Indiana to Arizona, to keep us posted. He arrived exactly on time in Arizona! I could go on and on saying how attentive the crew was with our belongings. I would recommend him to everyone!
