Updates : after3 mins of renting from this location, my rent rates has raised more than $40 bucks without notice.
I’ve rented several storage units. They make the renting experience convenient and pleasant!!

I had a pleasurable experiences every time I interacted with any employees. The on site maintenance guy Wilbert was especially friendly and helpful. I would suggest to friends and family.

Want all staff and customers to know that the storage express located on s Madison ave has a maintenance man named Wilbert who goes above and beyond in making my storage nicer than ever expected this place stays immaculate and he's very curious , friendly , and knowledgeable I would highly recommend anyone who's in need of a secure storage facility try here no need to look no further . The facility is clean, great rates, and Wilbert was such a great help. He looked out for my well-being, offered to help with some heavy lifting, have me new pest traps, and card about who I am and how I was doing. Great customer service as it should be!!

I've been a customer at Storage Express at 7634 Madison Ave in Indianapolis for a long time. The facility has always been clean and well-maintained. Their customer service has always been top-notch also, especially the manager/maintenance person, Wilbert. The times I have encountered him, he has always been very friendly, and very helpful. I highly recommend Storage Express, especially one of the locations that Wilbert oversees.

Wilbert was awesome! Helped us set bug traps to prevent issues down the line and also was super friendly! Only gave them 4 stars because they have raised the rent up twice now. Other than that the place is auper clean! Super easy to navigate in and out of the facility.
