The overall experience was exceptional. I placed an order through their website and it was a very user friendly process. The final arrangement was exactly as shown on their website. I received an email with a wonderful note from the store confirming my order attaches to the email was a photo of the arrangement being sent. After the delivery I received another email conforming my delivery. I had an wonderful experience and I highly recommend Steves Flowers and gifts.

Ordered online from out of state for my daughter’s birthday. They called me the day of because they ended up being out of the design I chose but I trusted them to make something nice because I’m hundreds of miles away. Not only was the arrangement very reasonable but the design exceeded my expectations and delighted my daughter. Well done, definitely book marking them for future use!

Called to place a funeral gift order, by phone from out of state. The lady who helped me (sorry I missed her name) was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. She was patient while she explained the options, and emailed me the receipt as soon as she she said she would. I also received a photo of the gift at the funeral home after it was delivered. Highly recommend! Every business should take customer service tips from this shop!

I live in Alaska and wanted to send flowers to a relative in Avon, IN. I chose Steve's and was very happy. They called me to clarify an item on my order. Also, they sent me a picture of the arrangement that actually got sent. It was easy to order online, and on the phone, they were very helpful and nice.

Very easy to order and the flowers are always breathtaking from what the ladies have said. Always have ordered and had delivered across town the same day. Its works perfectly every time. The delivery drivers have great rapport with who they are delivering to. Couldn't be happier at how my 3 plus orders have turned out in the past couple weeks.
