I asked the gentleman to please clean and press my suit, shirt, and pants. Nothing was washed just pressed. So all they did was press dirty clothes now that I’m going to have to wash myself.

They messed up one of my favorite shirts that I had got from Paris. And they say they open at 7:00 am, but I’m here at 8:30 Am and they’re still closed.
The price has increased and the quality has worsened. Currently looking for alternatives.

Quality of dry cleaning is okay (although I have gotten back items with stains that weren't there before). My biggest complaint is the customer service. Guy processing my clothes this morning is not too friendly and borderline rude. I prefer Zips Cleaners...professional and they seem like they value your business.

I began using this dry cleaners about 2 months ago. It was close to home, reasonable prices and no complaints with the quality of the work. My issue with this place is the lack of good customer service. I dropped items off to be dry cleaned last weekend(Saturday before Memorial Day). The young man that waited on was very dry and I found him to be rude and indifferent. There was a sign that was posted that due to the holiday, clothes pick-up wouldn't be available until Tuesday. The receipt indicated the same pick-up day. After I've paid for services, the young states that my items won't be ready until Wednesday. I questioned this and pointed out the note posted on the door and the info on the receipt. His response was, " That's wrong. You won't give your stuff until Wednesday. It's up to you if you want to leave the clothes." Under normal circumstances I would have simply requested a refund and taken my business elsewhere, but the uncertainty of other dry cleaners being opened forced me to use Sterling's services.I am only one customer, but I use they cleaners at least once a week. I simply refuse to pay for bad service. You have lost me as a customer. I used Tide Cleaners for quite some time where I am from, and I've NEVER been so dismissed. I hear that Griffin Cleaners is very good, I'm pulling in now...
