The right size bank to get things done. PNC and Regions couldn't get out of their own way or were not empowered to get business done. STAR stepped up, quickly dealt with an aggressive loan package and investment options. Great people that get business done quickly and efficiently.

I have mostly had a good experience with star financial other than the fact that they do not have very many locations. They have had a staff change at the monument circle location since they first opened. It has been a noticeable staff change as in the customer service has totally gone downhill. I am looking forward to closing my accounts at this banking institution. Specifically the manager Mindy Dale. A $25 charge on an account that has $7 in it that immediately had a $30 cash app deposited to cover it, left the account with a $9 balance but somehow still happen to get a $37 overdraft charge!!!! When I call and I asked about it I was told that I have already had one return item fee dismissed over the past year so I was out of luck. Seriously I had the money in the account! It's 10 days until the end of the year I know you have the authority to do something about it and you did nothing! It says more about your character than anything. I hope Star financial Bank takes it upon themselves to find a little more compassion and fairness in their banking because I was totally robbed and it hasn't been the first time with star financial. This Bank could not even produce the proper paperwork for me for my savings account. A simple bank statement. They literally told me they just don't have any LOL what a joke! And to think you have to have a decent credit score to work at a bank but obviously not a decent IQ

Even in the most uncomfortable situations… and in these times there will be many… We have always been able to keep our heads and work together to find a solution to the problem that is at hand.STAR is fair with rates and terms and know that things are not black-and-white and expects the customer to understand the same. They are very adaptable to changes in situation and have a “how can we make this work“ attitude.I have personally had great experiences with Kevin Wright, Blake Sanderson, Scott Bove, Jennifer Thomas, Maureen Glunt, Darcy Stair, Meggie Gale and Tom Wright to name only a few.Thanks for all you have done for me personally and for Prime Car Wash.

I wouldnt even give them on star but have no choice I went and cashed a check and they put my money in an envelope and I just got some money out of the envelope and they gave me a ripped 100 dollar bill and it's fake and they said they can't to anyhint about it like really I shouldnt have to check my bills from a bank to make sure there real. I'm about to close my account with these people this is Redicoulis
