Very disappointed. I asked for an MVP cut 1 to 3 high fade. She cut the top to a two. The guy that worked there had to take over, and fix it. But theres no adding the hair back. I was polite, and even tipped Julie $6.I basically paid $30 for a haircut, i could have recieved for 8 at greatclips. Oh and no mvp was givin. I had hair everywhere as she did not put the paper or anything other then the bib around my neck.So i had to go home and shower. This caused me to miss church today. I will not go to the 75th and shadelamd location again. I will most likely go to greatclips from now on....Do better....

Great service got me right in even as a walk in. I don't like having to give my phone number and email to get a haircut.

This used to be my goto, but not anymore. Always understaffed. The stylists are nice but rarely stay for very long. Going elsewhere.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This Sportsclips opens at 10am. First, we checked in online at 10:05am (first available opportunity (per the app instructions). We arrived at 10:07am and waited 40 minutes before my son could be seen. There were only 2 people getting haircuts ahead of us. One of the women needed coaching or teaching to fix the current haircut she was giving. This was the absolute worst haircut my son has ever received. After we finished paying, we had been there for 1 hour and 15 minutes. My son is in tears. I could have used dull garden shears and done a better job!

So, keep an eye on the guy who cuts out of the first booth on the right. Went in with my boys and we all got just haircuts. He decided to overcharge us for MVPs because they get a commission when they sell MVPs. On top of that, he put a hard line in my fade that took a few days to grow out. Rough experience. Won't be back to this location.

Waited 15 min in my car so I could be #1. Walked in at precisely 10. A white lady with random colored hair who was insanely rude says they aren’t open. I ask if I could sit in the waiting room. “No you can’t wait in here, you need to leave!” Then she proceeds to lock the door behind me. This is not the first time she’s done this to me. I’ve been going to this location for a while since it’s close to my home. But they don’t do beards anymore and the place cycles through barbers. Probably bad management. Also be prepared to pay $$ for subpar cuts.

We went tonight to our appointments and got there 1 1/2 hours before closing time (on time to our appointment) and we were turned away being asked to stop by tomorrow.

My husband walked over today after making an online reservation. They had a 20 minute wait according to the website. His reservation was accepted, but the store was closed when he showed up. Lights on but doors locked. Modified hours on the door stated they should have been open for 30 minutes at that point (open at 9, he showed up at 9:30). Huge waste of time.Had so-so experiences here in the past but not so good that he'll be returning in the future.

New lady there must be disabled cuz this is what she did to my head. Never had such a bad haircut in my life. She totally ignored the pictures I showed her and didn’t use a comb the whole time.Service: Haircut
