I live in Bates Hendricks and stop here regularly when I have to - the pumps don’t work, the credit card reader doesn’t work… I always have to go inside. I hate pumping my gas here. Avoid!

The man that was working tonight got rude with my 12 year old who was trying to reach the apple juices! They have the shelves shoved into the cooler making it impossible to get to any of the juices without stepping in. Meanwhile hes acting as if they are stealing. Poor layout, poor management and very poor customer service! next time ask if you can help the child instead of treating her like a criminal for trying to grab the dang apple juice. Pathetic!
