It's aggravating when you go there specifically for lunch at 2:00 and they shut the whole kitchen down and don't take any orders because there's one person in there running the kitchen but they have other people available that can help out

Not the best but not the worse. Never had an issue with the staff. Their gas is pricey but I don’t get gas here for that reason. I only ever get snacks and drinks. Biggest downside is their fountain drink station is almost always sticky. This being said I’ve seen them clean this station over and over so it’s not sticky due to lack of cleaning. It’s sticky due to customers making a mess and not cleaning it up. Overall I prefer this gas station to the others in the area by far
(EDIT) not sure why they replied saying they want to fix the “issue?” There’s not an issue??? And I didn’t say there was??? I quite literally said I prefer it over other gas stations in the area…weird

The cafe is only open on certain days they don’t do meat free options unless ordered and you can’t order cause atleast 4 days out of the week they are closed this speed way is good for just gas and coffee and small snack nothing else

Why the cashier has to SCREAM at the top of his lungs everything someone walks through the door is beyond me. Other than that, it's a average at best gas station.

One of the MOST poorly managed store's around! Went in to get a cup of COFFEE at around 7a.m. and shift change was being done, so it's CASH ONLY. They now have TWO tills to work with that have a body running them, one self checkout. BOTH regular tills were SHUT DOWN for shift change! WHY??? There SHOULD be ONE TILL performing shift change and the other SHOULD STAY OPEN! ESPECIALLY during ONE of the BUSIEST times of the day. To make things WORSE, the creamer machines were OUT of cream(because they just hadn't been FILLED) AND the coffee machines were STILL cleaning and there were TWO people \\\"working\\\" (NO good reason with TWO on night shift). In the last Eight months the new \\\"worker's\\\" hired have systematically gotten WORSE. EVERY TIME I have gone in, the store is a DISASTER! Cups aren't stocked, counters and floors are a MESS and self serve machines ARE NASTY!!! This store WAS a decent store Eight months ago, but now... and the \\\"worker's\\\" are standing or sitting behind the counter DOING NOTHING and being PAID!!! I would THINK Speedway would WANT people that they have hired to ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB that they're PAID TO DO!!! Speedway NEEDS to PAY BETTER so that they can ATTRACT GOOD people who will ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS! Besides that, they NEED to be paid MORE for doing a job that's MORE DANGEROUS than a police officers job!!!

Teller was MUCH more interested in her PHONE than customers. No customer service skills AT ALL! Doesn't ask for rewards card nor does she ask if you would like a bag and the store is an ABSOLUTE disaster... As per usual.
