The cafe is only open on certain days they don’t do meat free options unless ordered and you can’t order cause atleast 4 days out of the week they are closed this speed way is good for just gas and coffee and small snack nothing else

Why the cashier has to SCREAM at the top of his lungs everything someone walks through the door is beyond me. Other than that, it's a average at best gas station.

One of the MOST poorly managed store's around! Went in to get a cup of COFFEE at around 7a.m. and shift change was being done, so it's CASH ONLY. They now have TWO tills to work with that have a body running them, one self checkout. BOTH regular tills were SHUT DOWN for shift change! WHY??? There SHOULD be ONE TILL performing shift change and the other SHOULD STAY OPEN! ESPECIALLY during ONE of the BUSIEST times of the day. To make things WORSE, the creamer machines were OUT of cream(because they just hadn't been FILLED) AND the coffee machines were STILL cleaning and there were TWO people \\\"working\\\" (NO good reason with TWO on night shift). In the last Eight months the new \\\"worker's\\\" hired have systematically gotten WORSE. EVERY TIME I have gone in, the store is a DISASTER! Cups aren't stocked, counters and floors are a MESS and self serve machines ARE NASTY!!! This store WAS a decent store Eight months ago, but now... and the \\\"worker's\\\" are standing or sitting behind the counter DOING NOTHING and being PAID!!! I would THINK Speedway would WANT people that they have hired to ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB that they're PAID TO DO!!! Speedway NEEDS to PAY BETTER so that they can ATTRACT GOOD people who will ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOBS! Besides that, they NEED to be paid MORE for doing a job that's MORE DANGEROUS than a police officers job!!!

Teller was MUCH more interested in her PHONE than customers. No customer service skills AT ALL! Doesn't ask for rewards card nor does she ask if you would like a bag and the store is an ABSOLUTE disaster... As per usual.

One of the worst stores to get food or beverages from. pizza at the store does not taste like the other speedway gas stations. Customer service at this location is horrible speedway needs to do better of hiring their employees hire ones who wants to work and appreciate their job cuz customers pay their bills and provide them with a check

Went to pump gas minutes ago, (JANUARY 10,2022 at 6:02pm) the person “working” there was completely useless, she was on her phone, I had issues with the pump and had to go inside 3 times and had paid already and ended up leaving with nothing.She had long blonde curly hair with glasses.

Man, I went to this Speedway at around noon, it was filthy. They didn’t have lids for sodas, the floor was littered with straws and cups, and stacks of boxes. The employees kept yelling things back and forth to each other. This place was a mess. I had to walk out when I came to the cash register and the cashier sneezed and didn’t even cover her nose and mouth. Sneezed all on the plastic “protector”. I walked out of that place. Filthy. Will never go in there again. Not even for gas.

I stop at this location because it is close to my exit on the way home from work. Not great usually ok. I know the pay is low and customer service is hard but please train people and at least give them a basic math and personality test during the hiring process. One cashier was unable to give me correct change over and over during a recent visit and I'm talking basic 1+1=2 type calculations..lol. Got mad because I expect my change and just walked off leaving another associate to clean up her error. This was basic customer service I didn't raise my voice argue nothing just expect to get correct change and if this employee was not able to handle this little problem I hate to see her when a customer really causing a problem comes in. Just treat people how you or your family want to be treated and speedway do a bettet job training your employees!

Front cashiers just want to be loud yelling back and forth to each other not worrying about the line to the door with 2 of them working. There is no food in the cabinet at 11:30 for lunches. Manager is just leaning on the counter laughing with them

The location on 5555 Michigan road has a dark skin heavy set African American woman who works in the café, and she has a horrible attitude and poor customer service... The onsite manager acts like she is scared to address it and even though I have been going here for years on my lunch break, I haven't eaten there in over a month because of her... Also she will shut the café down when ever she deems necessary so, so much for my great place to eat lunch anymore?
