Black lady w glasses was REALLY rude to my girlfriend . My gf was trying to be friendly & make conversation & she was extremely rude. I’ll never come back to this speedway again because of it .

Online says they are open 24 hours yet every single day of the week they are closed from 12-3 am sometimes 12-5am and as someone who works late in the area its really inconvenient to have to go out of my way to get gas especially when it says they're open online. They need to either change the hours online or actually follow the open 24 hours thing.

Do not buy gas here. It will mess up your vehicle. Happened to me fuel was bad. Caused check engine light for catalyst efficiency. Good luck!

Absolutely rudest customer service I have ever experiencedSpecifically, an African-American female employee who wears black-rimmed glasses exhibits behaviors of entitlement and aggressiveness. She also appears to have a fondness for spinning narratives and continues to have negative outbursts, which are very spiteful. Blurting out rude remarks while stocking drinks in the coolers at customers is terrible.This is the second time I've had an outburst from this woman. The first time was back in early November 2023 when she referred to a paying customer as a feral cat because she didn't consider him human enough to show respect. On that specific day, I gave that man money to buy a drink, which made him a paying customer.I have filed two complaints regarding this location, where this woman refuses to give me her name because she doesn't believe she has to. Therefore, I have filed the complaints using an unknown name. I hope that appropriate action will finally be taken regarding this location. If I were management, I would be making a significant employee adjustment. I would avoid this gas station if possible. I will never visit this location again due to the poor customer service interaction with the employees.

Everytime I come here I'm constantly getting accused of stealing something. The lady who works here has 0 people skills whatsoever. Easily one of most toxic gas station managers I've seen

I have never in my life come across a manager as rude as the manager that works first shift here. It blows my mind after all these years she remains employed.
I go north to the 71st street and ask them if they’ve ever dealt with the manager down the street and the look on their face says it all.

Worst service sitting in my car this morning and I sat there for a little while the worker came out and asked why I was sitting in my car saying I could be robbing the place I asked her to leave me alone. She should never approach anyone.Than last week I was at the fountain getting something to drink it was weird because the drinks all came out clear but I tasted the drink that was in my cup she came up
To me and ask me not to do that I asked her to leave me alone. Won’t come here anymore sound like she is mean to everyone

I've never received so much attitude from someone in my life while waiting to pay for my items. I've been coming to this location for years and the manger has 0 peoples skills and definitely was muttering insults under her beathe at me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
