I came in late Saturday night/Sunday morning 1/27/24 and all the lights were on and the door was unlocked. I walked inside an a middle aged woman with leathery skin and the worst red dyed hair I've ever seen screeched at me telling me I can't read because apparently there was a sign on the door saying they were closed, despite the lights on and the door unlocked. She flipped me off as I walked to my car. People this easily disturbed don't belong in public.

Vanessa A. is the worst manager in the world, she gives Speedway a bad name. She doesn't accept rolled coins and don't go in there with a $50.00 because she gets very upset and refuses to your transition. I'm in my 60's and I'm not going to be put down, like I'm a kid. She yelled at my wife for having some coins rolled up.She needs to be fired, she Parks in 2 spots, because her car is special. If she is there, leave.t manager in the world. She is so RUDE, she is on her cell phone while worst

Jan 9,2024 03:45 stopped by for coffee on my way to early concrete placement. The 2 employees when I entered where discussing an earlier customer and as I got 2 cups filled and at the counter to pay was informed how stupid I was. I appreciated it in part because I was ignorant of my stupidity. I don't know what they were saying as I tuned them out as I was exiting but they at least were kind enough to just yell in case I actually was listening. Perhaps they are correct in their assessment of me but I will not be stopping by this location again and in this now prove I am capable of learning.

Last year I didn't have a problem getting my diesel and gasoline cans filled up here. This year, however, I get an attitude every time I go in to get a Receipt. gob supervisor I need to provide receipts. It's a young man, let's call him Willi. I'll just go down a street to get it from now on.

this place was incredibly dirty. the floors were so sticky that my shoes are still covered in whatever it was. they don’t maintain the drink machines at all. and there were no signs to let you know that anything was broken

Visited the store this morning. Vanessa A was my cashier. I noticed that Vanessa A. Was more than eager when greeting every customer. However, when I approached the counter Vanessa A was LESS THAN CORDIAL. While rushing through my transaction I said good morning... No response, Vanessa A continued attempting my transaction, I stopped and again said Good morning... I was then met with such a distainable " good morning" one could only assume it was not a good morning due to my presence, as Vanessa A happily greeted the other customers. I may not be of the typical demographic of this area ( though I live nearby) I am a human being and my money is green like every other customer. Why did I not receive the same common courtesy afforded every other patron.

Twice now I talked to the same woman (at 8:30am today on May 30th). I told her about the gas tank (#1) not accepting cards. She responds with “Do you need some gas?” Is this the type of customer service you want to project to your customers? Ill be going elsewhere from now on even though it’s convenient for me

12:02pm woman working is very rude caught an attitude and started yelling when asked about the bread for the hotdogs then when I was holding the door open for someone nearby again the attitude and yelling telling me to close the door and that I didn’t need to hold it open. Very rude and unprofessional.

Went in for a cup of fountain sprite. There were a ton of ants in the cup. I threw away the cup and walked out. As I was walking out, the worker asked if everything was OK and I told them there were ants in the cups. He came off his smoke break and went back to the register instead if checking the issue. Strongly suggest avoiding getting anything other than gas here.

Refused to sell propane at night. Was only 8pm and they said they don't sell propane at their location at that time.
