There was 8 cars in front of mine after it had been washed. Normally I can get in and out quickly, but lately it seems to take a much longer time. One guy ran his car through the wash himself and they dried his car before all the others. Didn’t seem like they should have skipped the 9 cars in front of him.

Employees cracked my mom’s windshield, and refused to right their wrongs. The manager on duty “Will” told my mom that they had video proof that the windshield was already cracked (it wasn’t) but they conveniently would not show said video evidence to my mother. No integrity and or accountability, terrible business with terrible management. Don’t waste your time here.

Fast service but the car did not get dried correctly and had water spots. And the tires did not get the shine. 25$ for this was high. And I did not get the inside done.

The past few times I've been here it was not a good experience today was the worst. They don't have enough people working here and today my vehicle sat in the sun for 25 minutes and waterspotted I brought ot to the managers attention he said they would wipe them off and it didn't help. I asked for a rewash and he refused this will be my last trip to this place for 36 dollars I'll try elsewhere. It used to be a good place to go but not so much now. If I could give negative stars I would.

This location is in desperate need of new management. I honestly can't believe the higher up does not notice this. Get rid of so called management that you have now and replace with an actual manager that cares and I guarantee you will notice!

I was In to get a full service car wash and Haley was the manager on duty. While I was There a customer was upset. Yelling and cussing at her about the wait time (about 30 minutes) and she kept her composer and handled everything so professionally. I was Amazed of how she didn’t lose control while being so disrespected by a rude customer. On top of that, my car looks brand new and I was Very impressed with the overall service.

No sense of urgency at this place! Horrible experience! Not enough people to run efficiently and all but two employees are actualy working hard. This place desperately needs new management!! Negative stars if a could!

Would not recommend. Went in for a seat cleaning and complimentary wash. Just listing the facts below.
1.Was told an hour and waited 10 minutes shy of 3!
2. Vacuum job was poor. My main floors were pretty clean going in. No effort to hit between seats.
3. After waiting almost 3 hours I watched them spend about half as much time wiping down the interior and windows as they did other cars
4. Windows were still dirty. No window cleaner used and same cloth they used on the dash and door panels.
I obviously will not be going back.

So I’m just going to give my review based on my expectations when I got there. I got the full service wash with the spray on wax. The exterior is good, they did not get the bugs off the front of the vehicle, and the tire shine is about half way applied to the tire, they no longer hand apply it so maybe that’s the problem there. The spray on wax, I wouldn’t get again, nothing about it sticks out.
The interior is disappointing. From my understanding after reading the full service sign the interior is supposed to be vacuumed, cleaned, wiped down(removal of dirt was my expectation), dusted(as the description says), and a smell of your choice. It didn’t specifically say or I didn’t notice it saying that weather tech mats do or don’t get cleaned but mine are still dirty.
There is dust everywhere in my car, it looks like a vacuum was quickly ran through, there are still some areas not vacuumed. There is still dirt spots on my seats, I ran my hand across them and they wipe off easily they just weren’t hit I guess. There is food still in my seats that wasn’t vacuumed out. And the windows were partially washed, there’s still smudges on them. Also the inside door trim/frame still has dirt everywhere.
My expectation comes from 10 or so years ago when I used to go there plus the description I read for the full service. I know I shouldn’t expect the past to be today’s standard, I just remember leaving sparkling image and my car would shine on the inside. Sometimes a little too much cleaner but it always shined and looked like it was gone through thoroughly. I had 8 people with there hands on the car today. I guess I expected that many individuals to provide a better ending product.
I’m not trying to say the employees weren’t working hard I’m just giving an honest review so people know what to expect when going through. The individuals are working in the heat and I’m sure giving an effort, just the end product was disappointing.

I was there over an hour waiting on my car. They had three lines open for vacuuming and four people working. when it got out of the car wash There was five people drying them off and about nine or 10 vehicles waiting to be dried. I was told by the person when I Went in that I would have plenty of time to get to my movie that was scheduled to start an hour after I got there that I had already paid for. I was 20 minutes late to that movie. I sat outside and My car sat outside for 15 minutes while the five workers that were out there wiped off everybody else’s car, including the ones after mine because they stuck mine over in a corner and nobody was over there working on it. I had to complain twice before somebody finally went over there to dry it off, but it was already dried and the windows were all spotted and then I get in the car and they’ve done about an 80% job of cleaning the inside of my car I will not go back again.

Slower than Slow! Iver 1 hour wait. Absolutely no organization!
