Beware!!!
I stopped into thls facility Monday 6/24 for inside/out cleaning. The equipment damaged the exterior of my vehicle (see photos below). I alerted one of the workers but could not wait for manager. I called and spoke w Leo(manager) on Tuesday. He offered to "buff" out damage but that would not fix the problem. He asked me to come in Wed to complete incident report and tot take pictures of damage. When I arrived I was surprised to find out that Leo started his vacation that day. Now the assistant mngr completes the incident report takes photos. After signing the report, the asst mngr was to give me a copy but I noticed that he changed the language on the report after I signed it. To make matters worse, I received a call from Larry Anderson apparently some sort of customer service manager. Although service is a stretch. He claims that machines did not cause the damage and will not accept any responsiblity. My vehicle is a 2024 Highlander that had NO damage before the wash. If you have had a similar issue with Sparkling image, please let me know and we will determine the next steps in order to get recourse.

SPARKLING IMAGE CAR WASH, tsk tsk!
Boy, have things changed…
It’s been a minute since I’ve had a full service car wash but they have gone WAY downhill. I’m assuming the business has changed hands but after spending $45 for a wash, asking for a couple of spots to be wiped, ultimately getting a towel [myself] and then finishing off @ home, there’s a problem. My SUV wasn’t even vacuumed well and this vehicle wasn’t filthy inside. Spare tire, on the back door wasn’t even touched. I realize I am picky but these were basic things.
Very disappointed. Glad I did not purchase a monthly plan, only to be locked in to mediocre service.

Terribly disappointed with the service this morning. Vacuum and wipe down of the inside of my car was very poor. Just spent 45minutes cleaning the inside they didn’t do. I mean leaving trash in the cup holders and floor is unacceptable.

Fantastic service; the detailing staff didn’t leave a spot. Both inside and outside, an amazing job. I would very highly recommend to my friends and family.

Was a customer for over 6 years. Today I told my sister to go and she won't be disappointed and surly the crew was prompt but did a disappointing job crums where still in seat and between inseams. Left the cup holders uncleaned over all I'm so disappointing.

Every time I pay over 20 and this time I choose 45 because hand wax, the dash. I don't know if the don't no what they have to do, they don't do the hand wax or wipe inside I'm unhappy just for today
