If you don't tip every time, they'll not only disrespect your time but also do a lousy job on your car, leaving you waiting forever and then delivering subpar work. Joining them was the worst decision I've made this year :(

The Efficiency and service are second to none. From being greeted by Noemi all the way til the car is sparkling clean. I can’t imagine taking my brand new Lincoln anywhere else. The manager Craig runs a great operation. Five star every single day.

Best in Indy! Great and professional staff & Management! If you have a problem with your car not being clean they have no problem fixing the problem and getting it right for you how you like it. love them!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would!!

I normally don’t have any issue with Sparkling Image, but this is hands down the worst wash I’ve experienced. The person handling the payment was awesome, but the guy in charge of the initial soaping and power washing only did half of the car. Normally that’s not a big deal, but then I got in my car after they “detailed” the inside. The floor mats were soaking wet, the dash had white marks that weren’t there before, it’s clear they didn’t wipe the interior because there were still stains I could remove with gently wiping my thumb, and whatever cleaner they used smells of cat urine (which I’ve never experienced before with this company). I’ve never had an experience where I felt like I was getting in a dirtier car than when I started. I’d go to the Castleton location, this one is trash.

I recently brought my car in after a road trip with my family. My son spilled some milk on the weather mats and after a 14 hour drive I was too tired to clean it myself. $44 later, there were still visible crumbs on the seats, around the gear, the door by my son’s seat was never wiped, the weather mat still had visible milk on it. I ended up going home to clean it all over again myself and bring it to crew’s car wash to re vacuum the inside. Very disappointing since normally Sparkling Image does such a great job.
