Washer and dryers stay out of order all the time.ive been coming here for years I've been through 3 different owners.i will no longer come back seeing roaches .spending to much to dry cloths having to jump dryer to dryer because there not getting hot.

It's a great quick place with nice staff. Just wished they change their hours on Google or doors. Keep forgetting they don't close at 10 anymore it's 8pm now. Last few times I've been in I get turned away saying they closed at 8. I work usually until 7pm. Kinda sucks. But if ever during the day their washers only take 30 min and dryers 20 so 1hr total in a huge load of laundry.

Very busy on Sunday. Had to wait a bit for dryers. The staff seemed nice. Ample parking in front of and to the side of the building. Right behind the "getngo" gas station. There is a "steak n shake" behind it also. Just down from a Kroger store.

Great place, low price, easy-going family laundry, and even a folding service to add that is very reasonable priced machines are fairly new too

Yegue at 9 pm and saw at 10 pm I went in and asked the girl who was in charge if I could still come in to the alavar which she told me if she can come in it's still barely 9 and then when I was about to finish Yego the person in charge of everything there and me He told me to leave and it wasn't even 10 o'clock, super rude, I think, and he went outside and kicked the door, why didn't I leave? Then my husband came in and told me to take out my clothes, even if they were wet. The man came out angry and that's how I took out my wet clothes. .. I think he was having a bad day but that's not the way to treat customers because if we weren't there the customers wouldn't have that business but to avoid problems I won't be back... I just wanted to vent about how they treated me for what was an injustice

I have come to this laundry mat several times and have never had an issue until today. I had my belongings in 3 of the big dryers and one small dryer. I was waiting out in my car in the parking lot working while my clothes washed. I came in my all of my load would have been finished to find a load of my clothes had been removed from a washer and someone else was using it. A staff member removed my clothes because “it was busy and people needed the machines”. There were several open machines available besides the ones I had used. I will never come back to this place because they took it upon themselves to remove my belongings from a machine for someone else to use. I could understand if it had been sitting in there for 15 minutes or more. But it was literally less than 2 minutes after it was done (I had a timer set on my phone) that they took it out. I have been here before several times and have seen clothes sitting in washers and dryers done for far longer than 15 minutes and have never seen someone take other people’s things out of a machine.

It was really busy so there wasn't enough carts. Had to grab one as soon as somebody else stopped holding it hostage so I could use one. The facility is nice. Didn't see anyone working there. Machines were good.

Best laundry ever. The machine's get the laundry extra clean and the value is great for washing and drying. The machine's get everything clean for a laundry mat that's saying something.
