Savannah is great!When I cleaned out some boxes from my unit there was a couch in the dumpster and the next morning it was taken care of and an email sent out reminding tenants of potential action if it happens again.I have no worries about my items and will continue to rent even with a small rate hike.

I would recommend southern dunes storage place to anyone. It’s a safe place, very convenient, The manager, and management team goes above and beyond to meet your needs. They are very professional, and there response to your needs is very prompt. I greatly appreciate my wonderful experience, and the manager with her friendly, and very positive attitude;)

When I called on Sunday they said they were full. We are getting ready to move close to this storage. So I was real disappointed. Then on Monday they called and said they had one available. It is bigger than what we need. They were supper nice and left us on the wait list if something smaller becomes available. Supper nice and want to meet our needs.

I have had a unit at sdss for at least 3 years. My bills are paid automatically every month. They keep sending me increases in the price for my unit. Its a 10x20 and on their website is listed for $138 per month. They are now trying to charge me $189 per month. I have contacred them and they have offered to do nothing for my rates. This is how they treat loyal customers. Dont be fooled by that low price tag or fancy deal. They will increase your rates. I hopes this helps you in making you decision. Thank you
