Convenient location is the only positive. Hotel was horrible. People at the front desk would rather play on their phones than check me in. Shower head didn't work, no water pressure, blood on the sheets and curtains, spider webs. Absolutely

Demond is a saint and SUCH a help when I was stranded from another hotel overbooking me. He was incredibly kind, positive, and professional (even when I got stressed in the moment - he stayed cool and reassured me). So glad it worked out that I could stay here! Im not the type of person toHop on a app to "review" any business but this hotel is one of the best looking hotel I've ever been to. On top of that they have this one employee from CT. Red hair girl very quiet a lovely lady.Might be the reason why I'll ever book a room here again.
