Had such a great experience today. Bought my first pair of bras from Soma. Sales attendant was very knowledgeable and nice. I have gotten the right size bra in a while and I just resorted to wearing sports bras. But Soma really made me excited to be in a bra again and have the correct size. I will return ladies and thanks again. ❤️

Stopped by yesterday, wasn’t greated, wasn’t offered help. Wasn’t even acknowledged. After roaming around the store for 10 minutes I left, disappointed because I’ve always gotten such great service from the store in general (not this location). Was hoping to be sized and spend some money, but the girls chatting amongst themselves was more important than customer service.Witnessed several other customers be ignored as well.

Love coming here for bras and comfy cute lounge clothing. Been coming here for years but today when I stopped in, Julie helped me. She was so awesome! She helped me find exactly what I needed and was so patient and kind. Thank you Julie for helping me find what I needed!

The product was what I expected, but the staff were knowledgeable and professional, friendly, and patient with my horde of half-feral children. It was such a pleasure to shop here that I almost hope I have to come back to exchange the pajama set I bought.

I went into The Fashion Mall at Keystone for the very first time back in December of 2021. As a native Hoosier, born and raised in Indianapolis, I don't know why I've never visited this mall. I wandered into Soma when I saw that they had a sale on sleep shirts and when I tell you that their Cool Nights Sleep Shirts are the most comfortable, I definitely mean it! I got them for $19.50 each and at this point they have been washed multiple times and they are still in the same condition as when I first bought them almost 5 months ago. They stay cool and they hug my curves in an extremely flattering manner without being restrictive (93% rayon, 7% spandex). The sale prices weren't ringing up properly, but Jerrica worked to get the pricing corrected. She provided excellent customer service!

I went in to exchange items that I ordered online. These ladies were a pleasure to work with and Chandy got me fitted properly. I left there much better than when I walked in. Thank you all so much! I look forward to going back to shop with you all again. ❤️❤️❤️

Don’t waste your time at this location. The customer service is terrible. One lady sat behind the counter playing on her phone and the other would only help her friend who was in the store. Carmel and other locations have better customer service selection and are actually picked up. I like the brand but this place lost my sale.

Always great customer services, quality bras and they always have a sale going on when I stop in! I'm a size 26DDD and this is the only place I shop for bras!
