Quotes low, prices high. Very unprofessional conversation, told me all her personal business. Was an hour late to my appointment and appointment ran 2 hours longer than expected. Also stacked me with another client and kept letting me sit under the dryer way longer than she said each time. My hair did look nice but absolutely will not return.

Almost was scammed by @jordanthehairdoctor on Instagram. She will give you any time slot you ask for. Luckily, I found that fishy and looked into her more and found that she is scamming people. Don't put the deposit down!

Jordan Johnson has changed this salon so that it does not reflect her, but it is still Jordan Johnson aka The Hair Doctor on Instagram. She is not a hair stylist. She is a scam artist! Beware! Do not go to her! Address is actually sola salon studio, but phone number and pictures are all her.

DO NOT BY FOOLED BY THE GLOSSY INSTAGRAM PICS LIKE I WAS Goes by the Hair Doctor or Jordan the Hair Doctor on IG Most disappointing/sad hair experience ever. She would not tell me the price upfront, was more than 45 mins late as I awkwardly waited for her and had a really dirty work station/room WITH NO MIRROR for the client to see what she was doing. It was so ghetto and she still had the nerve to charge me $320 for the half-assed Balayage. It was not like the pictures I showed her and was pretty shook by the price. All she cared about was getting her IG pics and didn't even ask once if I liked it. I couldn't even see it because there was no mirror. I guess her strategy is to not tell clients the price initially and then up-charge them, most of the fools like will me will be too shy to say anything. She also kinda just does what she feels like, and not what you ask her to do, I have literally been treated better at Super Cuts. You are much better off going to a high-end salon like G Michael or whatever than be treated like this. Learn from my experience RUN in the other direction, she sucks.

The level of unprofessionalism here would seem made up but it's not. I booked my appointment on 5/21, my appointment was for 6/18. I thought I was going to be late so I literally rush to get there. I get to the salon, I call her letting her know I have arrived and she says exactly what I don't want to hear, "Oh I emailed you that I'm running late, I have to do a clients pony tail. You didn't leave a number so I emailed you" Excuse me? Did I not schedule an appointment with you nearly a MONTH ago? She emailed me asking to schedule the appt 45 mins later - she was an hour behind and didn't even apologize. Then when I was finally in the chair, her phone rings - I already knew she was going to answer it. She answers it and puts it on speaker, it's her mom - I get it, sometimes you never know if it's an emergency but it wasn't and she proceeded to loudly talk/yell in my ear b/c the phone was behind her. Just a poor experience all together. I got so upset I forgot to talk about my hair - it's okay.

I made an appointment with Jordan, but she cancelled it due to some sort of conflict on her end. I could not wait for another time to reschedule, so I asked for a refund of my deposit. She never refunded my deposit even though she was the one to cancel my appointment! Absolute thief! Stay away!
