Went to the south Indy store today for the $699 full mattress they had on their website. The part that they dont mention is first, they dont have any there and second, they HAVE to deliver and install a mattress in order to honor the warranty........... for an additional $250. No thanks, I think I'm capable of carrying a mattress in out of the van and airing it up properly. Don't need this place.

My wife and I were looking for a new bed and went to Sleep Number on East 82nd St/Clearwater area. Jessica greeted us and gave us the demonstration tour. While checking out 3 mattresses, she gave us good, clear info. She demonstrated setting the "Sleep Number", and feeling how each change felt(or didn't). Jessica NEVER pushed a/the sale...she was the consummate sales person; give the facts, demonstrate the product, then let the customer decide. The store is setup nicely, and the other associates were friendly and "fun"(pleasantly fun, conversationally). All in all, a nice shopping, purchasing experience.

I am already a Sleep Number advocate for the last 14 years. Needed a part so stopped by to inquire about parts and kick tires... Gr8 time of year to shop for a bed or parts. @14 years I might need to consider a new option so ... Very helpful and knowledgeable staff showed me three beds. The latest version of my current bed and two more new beds. All appear to be significant improvements over my current Slumber sled. Both new beds allowed the bed to change shape into a lounge, elevated feet and or elevated head and shoulders. One of these beds also had Heating and Cooling options as well as high-end fabric... looking more and more like SN has my number...?

We are replacing an old sleep number bed, so we came into the store already knowing which bed we wanted. The bed was on sale, and the associate was very helpful in explaining the latest features. And he also helped us apply for interest-free credit. This was a very pleasant experience for us.

If you are serious about a Sleep Number bed, please see Penny at this location ! She was super knowledgeable and friendly and provided us THE BEST customer service. The Sleep Number bed is what dreams are made of, and Penny made sure we were well taken care of. This was such an amazing investment. Thank you, Penny!

Bought a sleep number bed from Penny at the Indianapolis (Keystone) location. I recommend if you’re looking at sleep number beds to go here. Very nice and knowledgeable people. A great buying experience.

We ordered a product on line. Went to store to exchange for different color. They carry no stock of any item.It took the representative 40 minutes to try and order the exchange’ and the store was unable to complete this transaction. In the meantime, I signed on, created a new account (because their website never recognizes our accounts even though the shipped and communicated with us for years) and ordered it myself.As a courtesy and due to lack of time on my part, I left the product to be exchanged at the store and asked them to give me a ring when the return was complete. I wanted to be sure I was credited. I wrote my name and number on a paper, even though they can pull up my account.They never bothered.Sleep number products are nothing special and the customer service lacks any reason to patronize the store.

Purchased a bed. Does not work properly. No one will help resolve the problem. Just keep calling and getting the run around. $10,000.00 for a mattress. The frame that controls the movement stopped working after 3 months. Don't believe any of the hype, it's a scam.
