We recently embarked on the daunting task of finding a new bedroom set. I cannot praise Simply Amish and our salesperson, Susan, enough. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, we were warmly greeted by Susan and she assisted us in finding the perfect collection to fulfill our vision. What we found sets Simply Amish apart is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. Susan truly helped us create our dream bedroom and we couldn’t be happier.

Our experience with Simply Amish of Indianapolis has truly been positive in all aspects of acquiring quality furniture. The showroom is well organized and maintained. The sales staff is knowledgeable and customer focused.Our favorite salesperson is Jill Ulmer-Warren. She has consistently gone the extra mile to meet our furniture needs. This includes assisting in the selection process, providing cost estimates and quotes, and scheduling delivery. Jill defines customer service. She knows the importance of being customer focused and consistently demonstrates that trait. She is a great asset for Simply Amish of Indianapolis.

I purchased furniture for my family room and cabinets for my office from Simply Amish in Castleton in the spring and summer of 2023. My salesperson was *************************. He was very helpful and patient with me as I asked many questions over the course of several visits to the store. I am very pleased with my purchases and the service I received. I intend to return to the store and make additional purchases in the near future.

I always shop at Simply Amish when looking for quality. I have purchased several custom made pieces and all are just beautiful.Two custom made bedroom suites for youngsters and a dining room set for a nephew as a wedding gift.
