Sorry to say that I'm leaving to go elsewhere after a totally miserable experience. 2019 tax return was wrong. I brought it to their attention, then they charged me $300 to amend the return to correct their error. In late October, six months after filing my return, they asked for my QuickBooks password. Turns out they never looked at my books. After review of books, for which they charged me nearly as much as they charged to file my return, we discovered another error - presumably that they'd charge me to file an amended return again. I guess I'll pay someone else to file amendment #2.

Simons Bitzer demonstrates their genuine commitment to their clients in going above and beyond in supporting the community they and their clients serve. The employees that I have worked with have shown strong integrity and character. I also appreciate the professional development opportunities they have made available to local business people.

One of the best decisions we made as a small business was to enlist the services of Simons Bitzer & Associates. Over the years they've helped us through both challenging and very good years - and all the while provided incredible bookkeeping and accounting services. The additional business consultation they've provided has been above and beyond and helped us to focus and understand our business better than ever before. Very thankful for our relationship.

I have the great fortune of working with Simons Bitzer as a sub-contractor (providing strategy and talent consulting services), which gives me the opportunity to see their work with a range of clients. The level to which they are committed to the comprehensive success of their clients and the quality of their work is unparalleled. If you need smart people as your financial thinking-partner and/or more solid accounting, these are the folks to call!
