“Came to this location to ship my GenCon 2024 purchases back to myself, as predictably, my eyes for items were bigger than my luggage would have allowed. It was around 3:00 PM on a Sunday and the location with only one other patron in store. It was a quick and fast weigh and pack, and I got all my board games at the estimated time back home with none worse for wear.
Now I know, usually, print and shipping places aren't reviewed well in the area, I had been reading through the experiences of at least 8 different locations around here. So I took a chance, stayed positive, and was happy to have found a place that worked for what I needed.”

“Elaine, Marvin and Jana could not have been more amazing!!! Initially Elaine helped us with an emergency banner for a convention - she was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to help us. When the banner printed out, the file was not high enough resolution so Elaine re-did the design for us. In the mean time, Jana and Marvin helped her a bit, but all of them were so kind and helpful…you rarely see this amount of customer service these days. If I could give them all 10 stars I would - especially Elaine - she was a God-send!!! THANK YOU to the amazing team at this FedEx location!!!”
“Very friendly staff as of this review, I hope they stick around. I just needed a quick poster printed to take to a Fever game. I was able to size to what they needed using Canva to avoid the fee if they had to open and adjust it. Then saved as PDF then emailed to them. They printed it several times the ONLY printer their management allows them to have and it never came out right as far as color. The staff was patient and never argued with me about it, they adjusted the print a few times. We finally just decided it was good enough. The management of this place need to provide better wide format printers, the Canon is all they have and it cannot print accurately. Either they are using 3rd party inks which are not right for the machine or it is just a bad printer. They should at least have two that are different brands for cases where the color isn't right. The prices they charge for a single 12x16" matte print should justify a calibrated printer.”
