I just started renting He was so very nice and explain everything well, he also showed us where are unit was located .also which door to enter when we move are stuff over. very polite.

First month promotion was great, setting up service was painless, and when I no longer needed my unit they made canceling very easy. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Was very happy with this storage at first but then and now very unhappy.Had a break in an failed to email any of the customers that were on the same row of the break-in.I was not aware they even had one till one day I went to my unit to put some winter things away opened my unit only to find that someone had basically ramsake.it only to go to front office an complain about something being wrong to find out someone had broke into a few of the units .They used a credit card to purchase a unit then had a code.
